When you play a competitive game like Rocket League at the higher levels (Grand Champion+) from PS4 you notice it immediately, it’s 10x harder than pc.

ps4/5 xbox one, series s and X all have the same input delay of 75ms. That hasn't changed because the usb ports are still set to the polling rates of their respective controllers. Which is 125 and 250 between the playstation and xboxes respectively.
Thats just stupid, cause you fell the delay much more on old gen. You cant say it has the same delay. Test ps4 and compare it with ps5 and well see what you think about that

hey verm, I still play on xbox one with KBM but actually, I have played on some of my friend's pcs and I can't see that much delay. Plus on Xbox one (if u have a good monitor) u can easily reach 120 fps consistently. The Xbox One is much cheaper it's like 120 euros.... btw I'm still playing on my 60 hz tv..... idk I can't convince my dad to buy me a monitor because I'm going to high school in September... sorry if I'm seeing this video 4 months later lol
I played on the PS4 on KBM from a pc just to try it out and honestly, was not terrible. I could still hit triples and i hit a couple quads so I do recommend that if you want to play kbm but are not sure about the input delay, you can work with it just fine

I have been playing on a play station for 2 years now and i have a keyboard and mouse and all this stuff for a PC but i don't have the money for a PC. so iv been saving for a decent PC so i can play a bunch of new games that ps4 wont let me play. When you said how much different a ps4 is to a PC i was kinda shocked i mean even though i know a ps4 is nothing close and you said you were choking on your edits i'm actually so goated on ps4 with a keyboard and mouse that i'm super excited to play on the PC once i get one to see how different it is
You can switch the keyboard delay to short btw not hating but if you didn’t that could be a cause of the delay, not much you can do about fps tho

Me personally I play on Xbox 1 s and run 60 fps, I started playing keyboard and mouse about a year ago and have gotten used to the delay and now can triple edit smoothly and doing some retakes… I will be making a video on my setup
it just has input delay on kbm but try controller it's perfectly fine
Hey now people, I still game on mine. Of course I don't know why you'd use a keyboard with a gaming console but mine still holds up. It takes 10 years to boot up and sounds like a hemi 392 but it still works great.

For ps4 if you in device settings u can change the controls for keyboard and mouse and the delay of them and also ur performance isn't gonna be good bc the ps4 has to have the 2 things to run like the mouse and keyboard instead of one controller

As someone with a friend who has a ps4 and who has played on it since he was 6 and even me playing it i can confirm that ps4 is consistent 60 fps. it may not be because its old but because maybe the previous owner broke some hardware in there. though it being used may also be a case. there is a difference between used and old ps4s. just like pcs, if ps4s are older they will run worse but if they are newer, its a whole different story,
there is a setting on ps where you can lower the keyboard delay

I play on PS4 pro in boost mode the fact the one percent lows can get down to 13 fps and possibly lower and when I start a build fight the input delay and the fps tank and it's kinda depressing.
getting used to it is one thing but when playing against someone on new gen or pc you're proobably gonna lose just bcs they have less delay

I play ps4 consistant 60fps and on controller and i know how to quad edit and south africa doesn't have servers so i play 120 ping middle east and sometimes the servers go and we play 200 ping + and i only triple edit on 180 ping but when i play on my i5 laptop i feel smoother and i clap 0 ping players easily but its not a gaming laptop it's for school so my birthday is soon and I'm getting a gaming pc i7 i can't wait to be a demon and get exit lag and play on like 90 ping🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

i legit play on a ps4 connected to kbm. it sucks cuz i cant really improve because of the input delay of kbm on console and the low 60fps
bro that's not the original ps4. that is the ps4 cuh 12xx taht was realised as a "patch" of the original ps4 cuh 10xx. u can see that because it's all matte, have physical bottons and not touch bottom, it's quiter than the original, and have different rubber feet on the bottom.that beast was realesed in 2015
