Minimally good toilet is all can be said.
I would bet it's absolute junk on this pressure.

The Kohler Dexter urinal is okay and tolerable and the Kohler Wellcomme ultra has a weak flush and almost has the worlds smallest flushometer otherwise decent and okay
I think I found the world's smallest flushometer on a Kohler Dexter at Jack In The Box or Walgreens but I honestly can't remember where.
While the fixtures ranges from above average to okay, ngl, "tHe (cHiNeSE) wEnDy'S wAtEr PrEsSurE sTrIkEs aGaIn!1!1!1!".
