That house in Augusta with the yard covered in trees and overgrowth looks like a nightmare and expensive to cleanup as tree removal isn't cheap and who knows what's going on inside the house, but at least for a house in this price point one won't have a monthly mortgage payment to contend with.
Last property is asking too much.
