i am gonna try this and ill let you guys know if it works. edit: my teeth are still yellow but a little whiter edit again: its been a month and my teeth are definitely whiter another edit: it's been a year and I've been using this every month it rlly helps the 4th edit: April 17 2022, I've used this twice a week, it really helped me, my teeth have always been stained yellow even if I brush my teeth alot. I used number 7, the timestamp is 4:00 I really recommend this one ! I used a cotton swab to rub it on my teeth. and sometimes I put it on my toothbrush while I'm brushing my teeth. My mom is a dental hygienist and please please please do not use baking soda and lemon juice (OR ANY ACID) because acid will destroy your enamel and leave you with sensitive and brittle teeth after awhile! Stay away from acid and/or acidic beverages directly touching your teeth! Edit: I didn’t mention how, but acid eats up your enamel and weakens your teeth!

wow. Cotton swab cleaning showed enormous result just in one clean. Used baking soda + lemon and rubbed on teeth with Ear bud. All my tooth surface stains almost gone. Recommend Ear bud cleaning than tooth brush. This trick did wonder than other whitening tooth pastes using from past one year
I was doing this for school, but then I realized we have to wear mask so it doesn’t even matter.

I use unflavored coconut oil (I use the one that stays liquid) and baking soda.
I tried the 4th one(baking powder and lemon juice) and did it twice a week for one month and it really is effective, Now I have reduced it to once a week cuz my teeth are not that yellow anymore but there is one flaw that my below gum has a turned a bit red.... Hopefully this review was helpful:)

The acid is because the yellowish solid that forms on the teeth is mostly carbonated. Treated with some weak acid, it could decompose and dissolve in water, leaving the teeth cleaned and white.
Do not use lemon, as it whitens your teeth by removing the upper yellow layer of the enamel and hence uncovering the lower layer, but slowly your enamel will become very weak and your teeth will be very sensitive and painful

Hi all... I just want to share something. I bought some charcoal a few years ago, for the purpose of whitening my teeth. It DOES work, but in my case, there was a problem. Some of the enamel had worn off my teeth, so when I applied the charcoal powder and brushed, those areas on my teeth where the enamel had worn down, turned black and STAYED black. It was a nightmare. So beware of that issue, please!

I try to only use the charcoal powder once or twice a week for that reason. It's known to be abrasive so I play it safe. It mostly seems to be an illusion because it turns your teeth black and when you rinse it out your teeth will appear to be whiter after being completely black but that's not the case.

I use the activated charcoal method. It works just as well as the rest of these. The reason I chose it is that it does not change sensitivity of your teeth. I have tried the baking soda and lemon one and even doing it once a week significantly increases sensitivity l

@@dkjsfdshfk7742 charcoal is abrasive. It doesn't whiten your teeth, if just scrubs the enamel from the surface of your teeth. Hence the sensitivity and the smooth feeling. They look whiter due to the black "stain" you have during brushing. Don't bother with it. Complete waste of time. 😊

My Dentist said the charcoal pastes are abrasive and not to use them more than 2 to 3 x a wk. I listened bc I don't need any other problems besides the yellowing! I'm going to try Vaseline baking soda and coconut oil. It's red and so many KZhead post about coconut oil being so beneficial to our teeth so I'm going to throw that into the mix. 😎😁😀😀😀😀😁😀😎

R - H - J Hydrogen peroxide could be bought in any local drugstore or even some grocery stores. It’s inexpensive, comes in a brown plastic bottle, cost around 1:50. You can find it in Walmart also, it will be with the Band-Aids and first aid cream’s. Its primary use is to clean a cut. It bubbles and lifts the dirt and disinfect the wound. It also works great on blood stains on your clothes. I did get blood on your clothes pour a little peroxide in the blood will lift right out of the fabric before you wash it. I use it to whiten my teeth it works well
Then try something else. Don't tell me you can't "find" lemon juice and water, powdered milk and toothpaste. Why seek out the ones you can't afford or find??
Only good thing is charcoal activated plus it's not that expensive and at least safe for teeth!

I think I prefer that one as well for the remineralization. I've had digestive issues for a long time so my teeth have been exposed to a lot of acid. They were always very white-- I got comments & questions all the time. As I've aged I've lost some of the whiteness.😁
