    • @Midousuji Akira Ronnie Coleman was never a big drinker. Kevin levrone advised him to drink a shot of vodka and it would dry him out he woke up the next morning very dry and looked crazy insane. Kevin also gave him the secret antidote Ronnie was barely on Gear when he was losing he had no idea how much other guys were taking. Kevin informed him and Ronnie started winning

  • Greatest bodybuilder of all times. In 1998 and '99 he was insanely good. Proportioned, rock hard, dry, big, aesthetic, symmetrical... no one has never ever achieved this level before and nobody will.

  • Ronnie's training style made a huge difference in his muscle development compared to the others. Intensity don't come in a can. You either have it or you don't. Everyone looks under developed in comparison. Thank God for natural strength!
