I tried botox once...I could not move my eyelids, and the lid area disappeared entirely - impossible to use eye make-up. I'll try this exercise from now on! This exercise will keep lids firm and flexible...I hope. Thanks for your knowledge, you good woman!

I had cataract surgery about a year ago and I have a problem with my eyelids. This sometimes happens with cataract surgery but I never had my eyelids laying down close to the bottom of my eye I'm going to give this some exercise. Thanks a bunch

Hi Parmita, question...To increase/enlarge my smaller more closed eye to match my larger eye, using this exercise, do I hold the lid of the eye that is smaller or larger? Because it feels like the muscles of the lid being held closed are working harder. Thanks!
