Mob Psycho 100 is a masterpiece (go watch it NOW), with a cast of espers and cursed spirits. The main character, Shigeo Kageyama (aka Mob) is especially powerful. Given both series deal with curses in some way, how successful would Mob be if he were a sorcerer in Jujutsu Kaisen? In short, it might be a bit unfair for everyone else.

Something that should be noted; Mob is very good at learning and mastering new powers. He figured out chlorokinesis (controlling plants) and projecting his soul after seeing each once.
Not to mention Mob was implied to have made up a power after he thought his family died in a fire.

He bring back Dimple twice, first was when Dimple was exorcised by Teru, where Dimple assumed he goes back by himself but it was actually the energy of the ???% with Mob deep inside longing for Dimple, second time was you know, he even revived Dimple with a power that can atleast hold the ???% stunned to move as it's usual explosion messed up Teru twice. Mob also can drain energy, not just from ESP's but also energy in general, as he always does when he reached the unknown percentage. In short he can learn easily new techniques if necessary but also take the energy straight-up away from his opponents.

That and that one demon, Kogami I think it was created a separate realm similar to a domain expansion that he was able to destroy wth s full power right ? Who's to say he can't do something similar with an actual domain expansion...

@@Vaihly Not really. Sukuna is used to thinking that he's the strongest person in the setting bar none. He was still thinking that when he goes up against Gojo. If he learns that everyone after Mob, he'd be very curious to see what Mob could do, but he wouldn't be cautious. After all, almost every single Sorceror in the setting is a scrub compared to him. He'd actually need to see an example of Mob approaching his level of strength in order to be cautious, which Mob isn't likely to do because Mob doesn't like violence.

We can even have a scene recreating a certain act of “self defense” where he waltzes into a domain and the enemy assumes “oh shit he has no cursed energy yet he is approaching me? He must be heavenly restricted!” and immediately begins to fear him

Mob is a good kid. He would probably be on the defensive the whole time. I imagine after he resists/counters their attacks for a bit and calmly asks "why", the jjk cast will realize he has full control over his powers and either go easier or leave him alone.

Mob during the early part of the series would have a hard time making sense of him, but Mob at the end of the series has better chance to be even good friends with him
My idea for Mob’s domain expansion: -OUR ORDINARY WORLD- Completely disables all use of ESP, Cursed Energy or Cursed Techniques in a radius of up to 1 mile, Mob’s powers included. Severely weakens or destroys all non-special grade curses within the domain’s boundary. Mob uses the domain as a last resort to prevent civilian casualties when there appears to be no other option, even though he puts his life at risk by doing so.
Fitting considering his whole motto of "power doesn't make you special" and "we are all the same" it literally just materializes his core beliefs! Great idea!

mob imposed a heavenly restriction/binding vow upon himself by limiting his own emotions. The more emotional he becomes the weaker the restriction becomes until his power overcomes that restriction. As long as mob doesn't show any emotions, his CE will be undetected

Mob going bonkers at ???% is some of the coolest animation and the whole vibe of mob being insanely powerful but just wanting to be a normal dude is so good.
if he were to have a cursed technique i feel like he'd have some kind of binding vow that would function as his percent meter, maybe he placed put on himself to restrict his abilities which would tie into his personality and struggle, and would be what keeps the ???% at bay, what he asks from the binding vow is not to be stronger but to keep that strength at check, so it when the percent goes up is not like he's giving up control but simply the binding vow is debilitating, like, to ask the heavens to keep down his power is almost too much to ask

Higuruma likely wouldn't execute Mob, though. If Mob got caught in the domain and lost the trial (can you even charge someone Mob's age?) I think the ensuing fight would go similarly to Yuji's, where Higuruma would see that Mob is a good person, the kind he swore to defend, and would stop fighting.

Mahoraga should be able to adapt to mob abilities since he adapted to an infinite sphere from yorozu but the problem is the shikigami itself is too weak and needs Mob to not kill it straight away
Yeah, I completely agree with this. If Mahoraga could survive a real attack from Mob, he'd be fine once he adapts. But Mob really would kill him immediately
Mob doesn't really hold back when it comes to monsters he could exorcist unless Mahoraga pleads with mob to not kill him like dimple did a few times he wouldn't survive a first encounter.

Mob can invent powers on the spot, he would literally just invent a power that would counteract it and exercise it in 1 go.
Problem is in Mob Psycho 100, he always exorcises spirits in a single attack. If it's huge or really powerful, he may need a few more strikes (like with his fight against Mogami). So yeah, Mahoraga is cooked
Great vid. Although speed-wise mob is vaguely above speed of light. Even teru flew to mob at the speed of light in season 3 when going to face him, and mob obviously outscales teru.

I believe him trying to travel in the speed of light is like him trying to replicate Shimazaki's Teleportation technique... Because Teru was a prodigy copying the techniques of his opponents(Pyrokinesis, Whip, Explosion...) Shimazaki was the best opponent he have faced so It just fair for him to copy the teleportation but at that time travelling in speed of light was the best he can do to go instantly to Mob.
I think there’s a pretty good chance that 100% wins without even ???%. 100% seems to last as long as his emotions are hightened, where his fight against Claw’s Boss took a long time and was after like 5 other fights, and still had enough power at the end of the fight to take in and control all of Claw’s Boss’s power (with ???%’s help but I assume they share the same stamina) so his staminia is pretty much limitless. He can create barriers of his own to counter domain expansions, plus he can use his power while inside a barrier so he can likely do the same with domain barriers. And knowing JJK characters and how brutal they can be they’d like push Mob to 100% Killing Intent and at that point it’s over
Present Mob now was more stable as him freeing himself to show his emotion. So no more percentages... It was revealed that percentages was not a power level but it was just basically an explosion more like leakage from him concealing himself. In short, Moba and ???% are just now 100% Kageyama Shigeo where he doesn't discriminate his powers anymore. Safe to say he just use them all at once base on what's necessary.

@@thefifth4669Present Mob is actually cracked. His explosions before were because he always suppressed his emotions and powers. Even "???" was just that suppressed Mob. So, now that he's at peace. So, he basically can use both 100% and "???" abilities without having to go through a mental breakdown first

Concerning Yuki's black hole. I believe that in the end of season one of Mob Psycho 100 the villian also had gravity related powers wich didn't affect Reigen who had temporarily donned part of Mobs powers so if the same applies to Yuki i think mob would simply ignore the gravitational pull because It's simply wayyy too weak of a force. As for the gravitational manipulation Mob can levitate/fly with his ESP. A really great vid regardless. Keep up the great work :)

Like, if it had been allowed to exist outside of Tengen's barrier, it would have destroyed the entire earth (though not instantaneously). Ishiguro's Psychic Power created pseudo black holes, but they had a limit on the amount of mass and energy they could absorb.

Taking in verse equalization he should still able to maybe absorp it or just flood it with enough energy that it overpowers the CE that is holding it together And it just dispells it. Even if the artificial ones from S1 Aren't real, they still did bassically erase matter that made contact with them so I don't see why a full power mob wouldn't be able to maybe just nullify it.
Yeah; he’d probably figure out gravity manipulation pretty quick under pressure, and even if he doesn’t he could drain Yuki’s energy and cancel out the ability
I will disagree on one thing. ESP is tied to emotion, and with ???% being is suppressed emotions and alter ego, it has more power because it is unrestrained, formerly suppressed emotions. it was an unconscious limiter on him too.
Teru to ???%: "Is he sucking my power? No! he's also taking the energy on the ATMOSPHERE. Do you mean his vessel can handle this much?" ???% or the real Kageyama Shigeo can drain any form of energy, meaning if he can drain ESP's energies and even the energy from People Beliefs(from psycho religion) he can definitely drain any other type of energy. There's a potential that Mob on his utmost potential can drain characters powers for most of any series, and especially in the world of curses as especially curses also exist in MP100 verse.

Gojo wasn't even a bad teacher. Megumi just never wanted to learn to the point Yuji had to swallow Sukuna's finger. He only started to out effort into training after that, but he sure wasn't giving his all until he thought Yuji "died" and even then still barely scratched the surface of his potential. Probably was using training as a way to distract himself from Yuji's "death" so he didn't try as hard as he could. It's such a Megumi thing for him to do.
Yuki: *"FIGHT! ON! FIGHT! ON! FIGHT! ON!"* Mob: "Fight! On! Fight! On! Fight! On!" I think Mob would 100% vibe with Yuki and Todo as teachers. It'd be the Body Improvement Club all over again.
@@asdergold1Gojo was 100% a bad teacher. For reference, he teaches itadori a grand bag of one think (how to generate cursed energy) nice talk. He couldn’t teach anything he knew because he was a prodigy, it’s literally stated, to the point he couldn’t even teach simple domain.
Concerning Mob’s speed, I’d say it’s FTL. Teru in season 3 states that he traveled to Mob at light speed when Mob was in is ???% state after suffering a head injury. Mob is faster than Teru so it makes sense to place him at FTL.

I really like the editing, the way the images abd such are displayed is cool and unique
I always tought of mobs percentage as his build up of emotion. The people around him either don't care about listening to him or he just doesn't know how to ask to be listened to (like a lot of people people do) so he ends up with all this emotion which he has no way of venting out. Clues to it being like this are: -His powers being liked to how he is feeling (changing colors and intensity depending on mood) -his percentage growing more when disturbing things happen to him While I'm not sure this changes the outcome of the video, I just tought this was an important part of the show that was missed by many and wanted to talk about it.

Even in his early series fight with Hanazawa mob displays insane levels of Telekinetic abilities, never mind destruction, a overlooked feat is how he perfectly recreated and reconstructed the School that he pulverized, when you can reconstruct something to that degree it surpasses simple telekinetic and becomes matter manipulation.

i keep seeing garou encountering Saitama in the shopping district, and you have no idea how right that would be XD it really would be like sukuna happening upon a NPC that just turns into a avenger's level threat out of literal no where, and then mob just goes "oi stop it-" and suddenly hits him with so much force and weight with his sheer power he just basically punches him with something that is as heavy as japan XD that or hell if you wanna be real comedic about it, sukuna would get the sir pentious treatment, this dude was on blast throughout multiple hours of the day spawning a 5F like tornado, hell worse, and lifting buildings up, then if we go death battle route, mind destroying a city that was folding in on itself, all of those minds, buildings, evil spirits etc, he was shooting lasers that engulfed skyscrapers. so, basically, if mob had intent to kill and didn't had any regard for life in any sense of the word, he would look over, see sukuna getting excited to fight, then he would just *blip* and his gone, that is it, i am deadass try to argue or debate me, just bare in mind i used the argument that 'mob didn't had any regard of human life' we all know he does, so that's not his first option, just saying he can, which i think is arguably more scary that he has all that power but has so much training/discipline that he doesn't flaunt or throw his power around needlessly or harmfully.
I think you forgot that in season 1 he fought and entirely oberpowered and negated someone who manipulated gravity and made black holes.
The thing is those weren’t full on actual black holes, that was directly stated in story
They werent true black holes, they were just spheres with extreme gravity. Yukis is an actual black hole that would have destroyed the entire planet.
I remember hearing some calculations about how fast Mob was judging from the scene where he basically melted the side of a concrete building in an instant, and it came out to around 3x the speed of sound. Mob was shown to be able to react to lightning, putting a barrier up to block it

Being a curse and fighting mob is probably the worst matchup you can have. Since it's not hard for mob to generally just excorcise them. Mahito is probably the only curse that won't get easily excorcised. Not because of any resistances to Mob's telekinesis, but because he looks like a person. Speaking of which. Mahito's one gimmick that involves changes the opponents soul. In all likelihood wouldn't get past Mob's barrier and even if it does it probably fails. Since I think it can be said Mob does have an understanding of his soul. He is able to leave his own body afterall, and even get into an esper battle in the mind of someone else's body.
Putting Mob and Reigen in any universe inevitably resolves all its conflicts
1000% Mob power transfered to Reigen just repels Blackholes like bubbles.
I don’t believe we understand when the writer makes Mobs potential power a question. It means that even with the feats Mob has at the end we still don’t know if that is even the full extent of his powers.

Bloodlusted Mob be scary, but battle-hardened and bloodlusted Mob is even more of a problem. That said Mob isn't exactly the hardest person to deal with and I think the main issue is giving him time to learn at all because once he understands something good luck having it work on him again.

When the strongest argument for almost every character is "Mob wouldn't want to kill them," you know you've got a crazy heavyweight on your hands.
You should do videos on the other potential special grades in seasoning city. Since the power scale in mob is far beyond JJK. Like Teru would be at least equal to Yuta.

Honestly while I agree on the power scaling side of things. And how they'd handle meeting him. I feel mob actually in character would lose a lot of these fights. If they fought Maki would catch him by surprise and kill him. The Soul splitting Katana just kills him. Mob has reliably been caught off guard by stuff before and he wouldn't be able to know this is an unblockable attack and Maki's senses would make her hard to actually tag. Mob's physical abilities rely on him amping himself up with his power so it isn't like he'd be faster than Maki inmediately after meeting her. Higuruma might be able to convict him for the large amounts of property damage. And the domain would take away his powers. Assuming he has cursed energy now he'd still be able to win with raw reinforcement. But Higuruma would most likely feel too bad about it by that point and it would end in a friendship. While Mob can beat Gojo, Gojo also has a few solid ways of countering him. Teleportation would allow Gojo to escape telekinesis, Gojo has the six eyes so even if his technique was turned back he'd take it and continue fighting, they would make him understand Mob's ability set quickly too so he wouldn't be getting that surprised and Purple bypasses durability so it landing just kills mob. Given Gojo has a domain to guarantee a hit that is a solid win con. I feel if anything they'd have a stand off where they go moderately hard before they come across as equals and Gojo stops testing him and befriends him. Given Mob uses his power slowly unrestraining himself I feel Sukuna keeping Mahora alive long enough to activate is a realistic chance. But this could end in a mutual self destruct unless Sukuna put the Wheel on himself once Mob realizes he's in true risk. Also while Mob's full power defenses would make cleave useless, the adaptation of it to toughness might mean it cuts through Mob's barrier before he gets time to power it up to full power because of restraining himself and thus he could fail to properly defend. Still feel what would most likely happen is Mob getting surprised and taking a big injury before pushing back Sukuna, Mahoraga being annoying alongside Sukuna before getting squished and Sukuna killed then. As a last topic. Post Gojo Sukuna has the world slash which mob has no answer for. So in character Sukuna would win, even though Mob is stronger overall and if serious from the start would be able to kill Sukuna before the slash lands.
Mob can absolutely keep up with Maki's movements. He was able to react to God Dimple's movements while not being at 100%. Maki having absolutely 0 Cursed Energy doesn't mean Mob can't keep track of her because his powers are moreso based around souls and minds than specifically Cursed Energy. Completely agree with you on Higuruma. Probably the most likely to defeat Mob out of all fighters in JJk. Teleportation wouldn't let Gojo escape telekinesis because Gojo's version of teleportation is more akin to portal/wormhole generation where he compresses space between points A and B to where he can move from Point A to Point B instantly. This isn't possible if he's frozen in place. This normally wouldn't be a problem because Infinity makes restraining him almost impossible, but Kageyama has one of the few ways to bypass it. Hollow Purple is a bigger question mark because we haven't seen Hollow Purple interact with Energy-based defence aside from Domain Amplication, which is basically the closest thing to a forcefield we've seen go up against Purple. So I'm going to compromise and say that Shigeo can block it, but with extreme difficulty. But you are right that Gojo and Mob are the characters least likely to actually try going serious against one another and would most likely just befriend each other. Especially since Gojo actively wants more people around his power level allied with the Sorcerors. Again, I'm not sure why you keep assuming Mob would get caught off guard by people? Mob has great reaction speeds when he's not emotionally compromised and not up against ordinary people he doesn't want to use his powers on. I do agree that Mob probably holds back until Sukuna does something that drives him over the edge into 100% Rage, at which point Mob bodies Sukuna. I do agree that Mob doesn't have an answer for World-Slash, with the possible exception of energy absorption, but he does have the range advantage on Sukuna. Plus, I feel like there's no way Sukuna starts seriously fighting before Mob does without going out of character.
@@Birthday888 For Maki that's fair enough I guess. On speed department at least. Maki getting off a sneak attack isn't because she's imperceptible to sorcerers or being faster. All-beit what I thought was Mob would be very likely to not avoid her properly and thus try to block with his energy which could lead to his death, Mob has consistently chosen to block or defens by just putting a barrier over other methods against enemies. Lastly the reason I think Maki just kills mob is because realistically if she plays defense and hide and seek or is tasked with killing mob, she can perceive him from much much farther way that he can, so Mob will not see her at all. And Maki being able to perceive him like that allows her to attack from blindspots. Mob might not be a pushover in terms of awareness and defense but he's definitively not gonna see her coming if she tries to avoid him seeing her. A situation where Mob never even sees Maki and simply is cut in half and killed on the stop from behind is very possible. Obviously any situation were Mob ever catches Maki and plays offensive has him winning. Going back to Gojo the reason I think Telekinesis would definitively stop working is because Mob has to continue holding it, he has to actually target something with it. As such a displacement would make him lose his hold on Gojo, that or an application of limitless to accelerate himself would work fine to resist the telekinesis and free himself of it. Obviously if Mob went hard on Gojo and Gojo tried to free himself in such ways, he'd tear himself into bits by the resistance placed on his body. But it would definitively catch Mob out of guard a few times and the six eyes plus experiencing it would definitively make Gojo play it safe/smart to not be caught again. On the topic even something like Blue would require Mob to defend carefully. As the tear of blue bends space it isn't exactly defendable either. All-beit blue is much slower so Mob could avoid or cancel the technique with his own powers. But it would be a distraction he has to bother defending from. I imagine Gojo could do pretty well with hit and run tactics. Gojo has the 6 eyes to perceive Mob without showing himself for mob to catch him, and Mob would struggle to catch him because teleportation. On top of something like a Domain expansion where honestly Mob is just dead the moment Gojo uses an attack like purple with the sure hit. But Mob could as well just catch Gojo with Telekinsis and crush him to death. My point is this isn't really as Mob can deal with everything Gojo can do as people put it. The reason I said Sukuna can catch him off guard isn't by mob really being off guard. But because Cleave and dismantle are imperceptible attacks, and cleave adapts to the target. So unless mob had his barriers at tuned at overwhelming power, which I don't think Mob can even keep active 24/7 because using his abilities like that seems to still be a concious effort, well unless the difference in power is simply too large for cleave to ever cut it, cleave will most definitively not be perceived by Mob and thus he will not streghten his barrier appropiately to defend it. This means if Sukuna attacks first with cleave he gets a hit off on mob, that will cut through mob's flesh. This just means Mob gets enraged and proceeds to kill Sukuna but it means Sukuna is hurting him. I honestly retought about Mahoraga. As while Mob takes things slowly, someone like Sukuna would just piss him off by being pure evil. On post Gojo Sukuna I feel while Sukuna holds himself back to play around, he isn't really keen on letting people live or hurt him. He used the World slash multiple times and pretty quickly too every time as he was pushed. That Sukuna would use it the moment Mob starts threatening him. So Mob just dies against that Sukuna despite mob beung overall stronger.

I think there are a lot of things mob could do that we dont see him doing. For instance, teleportation, which is not an exclusive ability or even a top tier one compared to mobs own normal feats. That being the case, if mob could not dodge an attack its reasonable to assume he would just use TP subconsciously to evade. So he could just punch sukune with the kinetic energy of 10-100 times stronger than a nuke, forgoing any chance to dodge by simply teleporting the instant the hit will land and then TPing away the instant the kinetic energy is transferred, making him tank 0 damage from the aftermath of the atoms in sukunes skin performing nuclear fusion.

For the bit at the end about Sukuna. Hell no absolutely not will mob change Sukuna. Sukuna doesn’t care about anything not even himself all he cares about is doing what he wants and how he pleases and once he fights mob and sees that mob outclasses him the only thing he will be worried about it going 120% of his power vs him to push himself and declare himself the strongest and once he loses to mob he still won’t care, hell he’d die happy knowing someone as strong as mob was able to kill him and that will be the end of it.

Although mob is very vulnerable due to him not taking things seriously, if Reigen's fight with the leader of claw that controlled gravity is anything to go by, the first two ways to defeat mob would be nullified if mob was in danger Mahoraga can adapt but Mob's talent wouldn't be much slower with how he's learnt skills before, he's learnt to control plants at season 2 and probably not more than a few or even a single month later he redirected a lifetime's worth of esper powers of an organization with over 600 members, many of which were no joke by themselves each, with who knows how many times he actually used it, maybe he didn't even use it outside of the two times we saw it on screen

the 100% and ???% being no different strength wise to normal base mob is completely untrue so long as those states exist (up until the ending) psychic powers are directly derived from emotions so mob being stoic and suppressing his emotions isnt able to output very much strength. thats shown pretty clearly in his fight against the first claw member he meets where he goes from getting his ass whooped and his shield shattered with almost no resistance to a completely untouchable force of nature. and his ??? just breaks any semblance of power scaling compared to 100% with its causal wiping out of an alternate reality. also yes mob could probably turn sukuna as he turned mogami the same way and that guy was in a very similar situation to sukuna
Only argument I have for sukuna would be if he kept mahoragas wheel in his shadow while fighting mob, who I assume wouldn't immediately try to kill him as sukuna is still "human." Then, sukuna would adapt to esper abilities and win with a world slash or something. Also unsure how mob would react to the world slash, its been shown to be imperceptible even to the 6 eyes so I wonder if he could avoid it

8:30 this was about the only point I disagree with, I don't think Mob can survive Infinite Void, at all. I think he *might* be able to resist it but he's definitely not reflecting it back. The scene you were referring to was at the end of Season 1 where someone basically uses a Genjutsu on Mob; in that scene he is essentially still conscious and able to think during the illusion, which is how he was able to reflect it. So it's very clear that he is able to reflect and resist mind related illusions or attacks, but infinite void is very different from this. Gojo's domain floods your brain with infinite knowledge overwhelming you to the point where you're basically a vegetable, because of this I don't think Mob will be able to reflect infinite void as he won't be conscious enough to do so. On top of that, domains "can't-miss" attacks are states to not be able to hit their user, I don't know if that applies to reflection based attacks but I'd assume so? Everything else was good though

About Yuki, her black holes will likely do nothing to Mob as in Season 1, when Raigen temporarily got Mobs powers, one of the Claw member (idk their name) basically crates and uses mini black holes, and Raigen using Mobs powers just simply deflected them and popped them like bubbles, so i think her black holes may be slightly stronger, but Mob wouldn't really get damaged by it.

i don’t think a black hole or gravity manipulation would do much to mob since season one the 7th division level head of claws power was literally that and when regan got his powers he could literally brush them off like nothing

I think mob's speed is probably light speed or faster because Teru can basically travel at light speed as he wishes as shown in season 3, meanwhile mob is still massively faster than teru. Im its a technique made for him to travel faster than light but it still counts as a speed fead and teru can prolly eventually adapt it into his normal like running speed kinda during a fight. And if tery couldnt, mob would definitely be able to do that since he can learn and even make up new powers from simply wishing to
Okay how i feel Sukuna would react to mob is very simple.. Sukuna p much acts and makes decisions based off of his era and the fact he is the strongest, and as the strongest he basically is the one to decide the rules and stuff. If he had to fight mob he would no longer be the strongest, and would follow Mob's rules after he loses the fight. I do not see him actually turning over a new leaf, i believe his goal would be to surpass mob and become the strongest again but Sukuna does seem to follow the: "If you're strong enough ot stronger than me you can tell me what to do." Mindset as that is what he says to Jogo basically. He even compliments Jogo's strength despite being blatantly weaker, implying he believed he would be strong enough to tell him to do something if he simply had a better mindset. So while i do not see Mob "getting through" to Sukuna i can see Sukuna following his orders begrudgingly.

I think would also be good against gravity manipulation and Yuki's black hole. Despite how powerful Kenjaku is, Mob could just overpower him with raw strength. And also, even if Mob can't technically manipulate gravity, he can use telekinesis to produce incredible pressures and to project them into his enemies, so he can basically do the same as Kenjaku and even better. In the other hand, at the end of the first season they fight against a guy that can produce mini black holes which seemed deadly af, but when Mob's powers are imbued into Reigen, Reigen destroys the black holes with his bare hands, and he even mistakes them with bubbles. Even if Yuki's black hole is stronger, Mob would probably overpower her easily

Just like how Toji and Awakening Maki have negative emotions but they don't have any CE. - You also don't need any CE to see Curses, you can have insane senses and you will adapt and see Curses. Just like how Yuki told Teen Geto that Toji was able to see Curses, because he got insane senses. - Yuki can't make a black hole by herself, she needed KENJAKU Gravity ability and combined it with her Mass ability to make a black hole. She literally told Kenjaku about this, when she's about to die. So the black hole will never activate.
You’re toji and maki point doesn’t hold water considering they’re heavenly restrictions is what makes them NOT have ce. Any regular human has ce and that’s how it’s created, it’s just that they’re exceptions due to he HR
Also you don’t just need insane senses, for example, maki has insane senses but she couldn’t see them. Toji was only able to see them because his senses were heightened to the absoloute max. Insane an understatement
