That's why Trevor needs to sue Rob Manifred - to get the media talking about it. They will start asking why, and upon doing so, will start to uncover some things, hopefully. LIke during the discovery phase, Trevor's lawyers can hopefully gain access to Rob Manifred's emails and hopefully some text messages that he may have sent, hopefully turning up some evidence of any wrongdoing by the commissioner's office, while also bringing attention to Trevor's innocence, forcing the media to cover it.
