I helped out this Single Mom several weeks back but needed to go back and finish the yard. I was shocked to see the yard taller than the house on the other side, it had to be 15 to 20FT in spots. I ended up mowing and trimming it for FREE. This Single Mom was so thankful that the dogs and kids could play in the yard. You won’t believe how thick and tall this grass is, I was mowing grass as tall as the house, trimming bushes 15 to 20ft tall. I’ve never seen such a tall yard but loved how it turned out then the unthinkable happened, the State Police showed up and loved the transformation.

Wow Erik This one was a doozy. I've never seen weeds that tall except in the woods. Everything you've done so far looks great as usual. Attention to detail is important in anything you do. I about gave up hope for that first bush you tackled. You gave it another chance. Glad you're going to do so more work there. Hope we get to see it. The property is really going to really look good once you can get everything else done. I could see the person living there was really happy. You know, under all the bushes and trees, that's a very nice looking home. If she's renting, I'm surprised the landlords haven't got on her about the yard. If she's buying the place, then it's all on her. That's a lot of work for anyone, especially a single Mom.

One question.. around 2:00; What was that gigantic, hedgey, bushy, viney, floaty, moundy growing bunch of things? 🤣 It probably started out as a decorative couple of little bushes that just never got trimmed. Seriously, Eric, that was an enormous effort. Wow! Simply amazing!!. This was a fantastic present for this family! Just a friendly idea... she could put out a sign for someone to chop down that tall dead brown tree, (close to the street near the golf cart side). for free.. and they could clean it up & then keep the branches/logs as payment for cutting it down.

If I was her neighbor, I'd bring a 6 pack and a steak as a thank you! Great job! I love the transformation! That being said, this is why there are apartments, townhouses, and condos. If you can't, or won't maintain a property, either pay someone else to, or move. My mom was a single mom, and an amputee who only had 1 leg. Our yard was always maintained. She is 73 and still has a pristine yard she takes care of herself. Yards like these irritate me. I'm so glad there are people like you who enjoy doing this.
It’s not so easy to just sell and move everything you own. My wife and I moved every year for ten years straight after we first got married. From one apartment to another. All we could find were one year leases. Until we were blessed enough to find a place to call home. I may have to one day but I don’t plan on ever moving again in my lifetime. It stinks!

Erik, that was a really overgrown yard. It's a nice house now that you can see it! Your long pole saw really made a big difference. I'm used to standing on a ladder and leaning over. It's more tiring. Give you an A+
My arms felt like rubber lol
in the 1970's we moved to 25 acre property which had a 20ft high macrocarper hedge. I stood on a step stool on top of a kitchen table withhedgeclippers. I call that my pioneer days. I also found nests with hundreds of chicken eggs.
