I think it was a way to show respect that she was listening because sometimes, it is a bit awkward when someone talks and you just look at them the entire time 😭 maybe she does it often normally but she has a mic really close to her so she probably didn't realise that she can be heard
I love how even after playing Loki for such a long time, Tom is still very enthusiastic in talking about him and his who he is as a character

Did Tom learn Literature as his major? The way he speaks is captivating. It flows so smooth, complicated yet simple chain of words which if you get distracted, you lose what he is speaking. Also with the soothing voice, I could just fall asleep.
He graduated from Cambridge in Latin and Greek

He should play more period pieces roles.
He talks a bit of some languages and has a license in Greek and Latin from seton College and the school of drama of London

Tom Hiddleston-a Cambridge-educated, classically RADA-trained, Golden Globe and Olivier winning Broadway actor-is one of the greatest actors of this generation tbh. His acting is so transformative, shakespearean, evocative, and passionate; his characters convey so much with even just their eyebrows lol. Loki became more popular than all the avengers for a reason. He deserves all the praise.
Loki is Tom. Everyone fall in love with Loki because of him. Loki was so evil in norse mythology but Tom created a new Loki. A very interesting one.

I will NEVER lose interest in Tom Hiddleston's Loki. He could play that character forever and I would always be interested. He's seriously created and grown that character.
The physical and spiritual beauty that Lily James radiates in this interview is something to behold. Also, Hiddleston is a truly underrated actor.

I love Lily but her moaning and “hmmming” all through this is annoying. And Tom is incredible but looking at the clips of the movie in Essex, I have to wonder about the 3 day unshaven look. The concept is SOO MUCH more captivating than the truly boring questions and answers we often get from most interviews. There's nothing better than a good conversation.
I adore Tom Hiddleston. Period.
I honestly think Tom deserves better, he's such a great and actually an underrated actor outside marvel, he also is really impressive on how he speaks and express himslef i would love to see him working again with Cumberbatch outside the mcu, also Lily was really stunning as Pam and i love her on mamma mia she was perfect in that movie ❤️

I believe it was Emma Thompson who said that that is part of how Kenneth Branagh rolls: promoting promising young actors. After the life experience he's had, I'm not surprised at his ability to pick out great talent.

*I saw the light* itself wasn't flawless but Tom Hiddleston's portrayal of *Hank Williams* is just masterpiece! I couldn't believe a British actor can do such a thing! Damnn this week Variety has been on a roll, these actors on actors interviews are so good
I love them both talking about breaking through the mask of their characters. And I definitely noticed Loki’s more natural look in the series, which really worked for his arc in the story.
I found him looking older and non-Loki like in S2 apart from when he was wearing the black suit in S2E2 and S2E3 in the period clothing.
Speaking of his more ‘natural look,’ apparently Tom went on runs after having the makeup put on him to make it look more ‘natural.’ I must admit, some of the camera angles and lighting weren’t so flattering on him.
This is the best pairing I could ask for

Yes, the videos used to be longer and the set is so boring and cold now. There's no warmth and beautiful decorations. The background is just gray and kind of fuzzy if it makes sense.
I'm not one to blow smoke, but Hiddleston is a very special actor in his generation. I don't have the words to express my adoration. How he manages to maintain a grasp on humility with all the praise and pomp is beyond me. Thank goodness he still has not lost his humaneness.

This has been my favourite Actors on Actors this year. Tom and Lily are phenomenal and talented people. I quite enjoyed their conversation and how personable they are. Lily has had such a great career, from Lady Rose, Cinderella, all the way to Pam. Just brilliant! And Tom, what flattering thing hasn't been said abiut him!
These are some of my favorite interviews - the kind between actors, directors, writers, etc. - especially when both people are actually fans of the other's work. They're much more interesting and in depth than the "regular" press interviews that typically have scripted responses
A film with Lily James and Tom Hiddleston is a must. It's a matter of chemistry.

I really enjoyed I Saw the Light, I’m glad it avoided a lot of the usual biopic cliches. Tom did a great job; he brought a real empathy to the character, and a lovely poignancy to songs like I’m So Lonesome I Could Cry.
