They scooped out a lot of ice in a bowl lat it warm up and poured it on a cake and said it was perfect icing IRL they just threw away the bowl of ice and used regular icing don't trust these and think about these recipes before you make them

When you put it in the oven. The meats lose their moisture and some of their flavoring so you have to salt it.
Absolutely not. All of that meat is cured, and there's so much of it that there is absolutely no need to add more salt to it.
Or maybe its the other way around and the meats absorb the moisture from the other ingredients like spinach
That makes no sense. Meat does not absorb moisture from spinach or other ingredients when cooking. There was no need to salt already extremely salty cured meats. Its no deeper than that.

Depends on what you're making. I would always wash basmatti rice, but when I'm making rice pudding I would never wash the rice. For risotto, short grained arborio rice is used and probably should not be washed first as the starch on the rice is an important part of the dish.
I'm South African here, you wash your rice before using it this side too
For the arborio rice, you don’t typically rinse off the starch, helps make risotto creamery
If you don't wash the rice, it's sticky. If you wash it, you get the individual grains. Another reason to wash the rice is that it might be dirty, depending on where the rice is from.
