Finding Moisture during a home inspection using a thermal imaging camera

At a recent inspection, we found elevated moisture levels in numerous locations. We use infrared thermography and moisture detection tools on every inspection. In this case, baseboards had moisture intrusion damage which will require further evaluation by looking for the moisture source which could be from the exterior walls here.
