    • @John Wayne that is straight up untrue. Everyone was good at castles around them. In fact it took the mongols a long time to take over chine because of a combination of castles and china being china. The mongols did however adapt to siege warfare quickly, and were very successful at it when conquering west into the middle east and europe. You are oversimplifying and misrepresenting mongol military power. Their power was not the horse archers. It was their merit based leadership and flexible organisation structures.

To people from western countries, like me being from germany, this may be inappropriate, but for them it's normal. They are very friendly and disciplined people by the way!

    • It is amazing the striking similarities in culture! Most of us from Native American tribes do not consider this "bad manners". And in our house, the head of house (for us, its Dad) is the first to be served. First and foremost, the respect towards the elders and the head of household. It warms my Apache soul to see such beautiful family values. Not surprised that I have to watch a video from the other side of the world to see decency and values. In amerikkka, these are non-existant.

    • Half the population lives in the city, and many live in swanky 100-240sqm apartments and many now moving to detached, semidetached and terraced European and American style houses. Most city dwellers also have summer house outskirts of the city and this is the real beauty of living in Mongolia as you are within 20-30 min away from vast nature and nomadic lifestyle.
