Enjoy ur life while it lasts, moving on is hard ik but u got to understand the value of life and focus on ur career. He might not be wrong too like who knows what he's going thru. Ashamed to say but even I did this with a girl but later clarified everything and we're friends now. My parents didn't allow us cuz we were really young and I promised my parents I wouldn't indulge in anything of that sort again. Parents are more than anything until a person gets married, their love is infinite so better divert ur time, love and attention to them
