Hello everyone, my name is Alexey, I live in Russia in the city of Yekaterinburg. My four-legged friend's name is Pyosel, he is almost 3 years old.
I again came to the forest to continue building a frame house. This is my first time building such a house. I continue to lay the foundation. It's not so easy. Good thing I have a chain saw.
After I installed all the stumps around the perimeter, I began to fasten the base of the future house with nails. I hammered 4 nails into each corner. Next, I installed reinforced corners, which I fixed with self-tapping screws.
In order to make it more convenient for me to work in the future, I decided to put together a machine for boards, on which I will saw, measure the length of the boards and even sometimes drink tea.
The boards that I hid under the tarpaulin darkened due to a lot of moisture, I do not want to use these boards in building a house, so I use black boards for building a machine.
So that the machine does not rot, I covered it with a protective coating.
In the evening I cooked dinner on the fire. I will need minced meat, onions, tomatoes, eggs and greens. It turned out very tasty.

    • Joist hangers will be just what you need for those under floor boards. Also use short lengths to connect all those floor joists at least just in the middle alternating right and left pattern so you can screw them inand add supporting stumps through the middle.

  • I love watching your channel.. especially love your warm smiles & thumbs 👍 up. You may already know this tip: screws will go into wood much easier with a little soap on their threads. Less strain on your power tool and when manually putting one in. Especially with long screws going into thick boards. I usually used a regular cheap bar of hand soap. I am a 73 year old Grandma but did a lot of carpentry type work over the years. I learned from about age 4 while helping my Father build my childhood home. He taught me many helpful things through the years... also love your sweet pup.. you both bring this old Grandma many smiles... thank you, and continue on with your GREAT videos!!

That way you can keep on working. And while they charge, you can work on the things that don’t require power tools. Maybe you can do that when you start spending the night at your project site. I’m looking forward to seeing your progress on the build.
