What a season this is for André Silva! With 27 goals in the current campaign, he’s just become Eintracht Frankfurt's record scorer in a single Bundesliga season. Currently second on the league scoring chart, he's just unlucky to have living legend Robert Lewandowski ahead of him. Eintracht were edged out of the UEFA Champions League qualification spots with their defeat to relegated Schalke on Matchday 33. The defence in the Bundesliga compared to the Premier League is seriously inferior that’s no offence to the players but it’s looks quite easy for professional players to score goals
Go pull up all of any major striker in the Prems goals and it won’t look much different for a quality poacher. They play a high press in Germany which results in more space, more chances and more goals.
@@ojogbaneamedu2501 but compare the competition I mean no offence to the Bundesliga but the Premier League is miles stronger. In Germany they can play all that high press but against a Premier league team it won’t work unless they are Bayern Munich and maybe Dortmund
@@JKeep21 The Prem is a stronger league for sure but the gap isn’t nearly as drastic as you make it seem. Germany is among the top three leagues in football, as someone who watched both leagues the difference is not at the bottom with teams like Burnley, Brighton vs Hertha Berlin and Augsburg, the difference is at the top with Leipzig vs the likes of Chelsea and Liverpool. Look at their performance in a neutral setting like the euros, with less players at the tournament so far the Bundesliga has more goals than the Prem.

Ask anyone who watches him play seriously and saw him for Germany as well, Werner is a professional chance waister and he always has been. He just got more with Leipzig and had more confidence.

Andre Silva is a poacher, he will play well with good service. Werner was always a chance misser even at Leipzig, I too hope he comes good tho. As I have always said Milan lost a gem. Never doubted his skills, never been given enough of chances at Milan.
Nah it is for the best. Milan got Rebic and he is doing well there and instrumental for their core. No one “lost” anything, in fact both teams gained something out of this swap.

@@acce944 Scoring for Frankfurt is much easier than scoring for Milan. Rebic has 30 goal involvements (22 goals and 8 assists) in the 50 games he played for Milan. Rebic also does a lot of dirty work, filled in different positions and shows up in every big game. Andre lacked all of these things in Italy. As Nina said, it worked out perfectly for both teams.
