Consider a larger /boot partition, nixOS keeps kernel boot images for each derivation. While you can limit the number of them with boot.loader options as well as setting up automatic garbage collection to delete older than a number of days, etc. You might want to weigh the option of holding more. A 500mb /boot volume might not be enough. If you multi-boot other UEFI operating systems, they will need some space in /boot as well. i.e. Win11, etc.
