Bando is the new short crime drama film on MYM: A group of teenage boys find an abandoned flat where they can hang out, away from parents and the streets, only for olders to come along and take over. Both groups find themselves grappling with their seemingly inevitable fates

    • I think it was that the older decided to make a change, and pursue music and it all takes is that, making that choice to change the trajectory of your life. A very subtle ending but it was clear to me

  • I think this film could have been cut in half. A lot of dead space between the essential story beats. The dialogue was difficult to follow also. Not necessarily because of the dialect, but because the actors seemed to mumble a lot. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed the film and it looked great. Could be developed into a modern ‘Stand By Me’ feature film.
