500g Stellini pasta.
50g butter.
15g flour.
500 ml milk.
100 g hard mozzarella cheese.
1 onion.
3 cloves of garlic.
700 g minced meat.
200 g tomato sauce.
Some vegetable oil.
Salt, dried ground nutmeg, meat seasoning to taste.

  • My priblem with all these recipes is that why do we have to watch people shred, dice, it just bores me, can't one move it ,move it. I get so tired if watching one mix, mix mix and stir, stir stir, please make some steps ahead of time and just tell us whst u are putting in, for heaven sakes. Sorry, it just so upsetting to me. SORRY.

    • They are using this platform to make money,, legally make money,, so their content has to be good as far as usage of time not to mention if they want to incorporate music. If they finish a video that’s too short it won’t make the cut. At least this influencer is playing us music

    • And there are a good number of people with very few cooking skills. Videos such as this one provides examples of not just cooking of food, but also knife skills, sauté skills, and samples of various cooking techniques . I’ve worked in food production, taught various aspects of production, finance, related Human Resources, cost controls, etc,at the college level. Perhaps before making negative or “judgy” comments, consideration could be given to the fact that not all people who view this,and other videos like this, desperately need this instruction, if for no other reason than to avoid injury, ideas, and sanitation procedures.
