Our machine is running on OpenPnP software, it has many things that are not optimized to achieve high speed. Unlike machines made by Chinese manufacturers

@@AFARCO-PnP In the end, there are technical limitations no matter how well the hardware is made due to the absence of software. If so, I think it is necessary to make the machine smaller and simpler. It would be better if you reduce the cost by reducing the feeder base to one and pay attention to precision focusing on heterogeneous chips that do not have a problem with speed rather than small chips. I also use some mini PNPs and the high speed one is made in China with 4 heads. This is when taking a chip at high speed and the other machine is for release only, I need this good combination because this is not a speed issue and precision comes first. Additionally the question is, does the camera calibrate both angles and coordinates when picking up the chip? Or only the angle is calibrated?
