Honestly her ult is a joke😭 idk why but when i use her ult and she says "there is no escape" and enemy just escaped easily makes me laugh 😭

Honestly by increasing her damage it does not make a huge difference. The best way to make her strong again is to buff her utility instead like make her slow stronger or make her ult a bit bigget simple
Her slow was decreased from 70 percent to 30 percent just a season ago. It was a crazy nerf pkus the fact that they also buffed rapid boots to have slow immunity. Basically the slow became non existent when you have rapid boots. Dunno what was Montoon thinking, she wasn't even banned she was just used a lot in tournaments but not in rank.
She's not even a damage dealer, and even if she was, her reach is so bad and she's a standing duck compared to Odette who gets a ton of shield, and pharsa who has really high range to avoid being on warzone
The damage is actually quite delicious, but I just wish that her CD a little bit lower/have fixed CD of 3sec so that she can be a menace.

@a-noobis1689 range of her s1 is way bigger than s1/s2 of Odette. Also, after her buff, her s1 range is bigger than Pharsa's skills. Before you had to hit enemies with center of skill to do somewhat decent (but still low) damage. Which meant you got to come a few steps closer to enemy, while Odette/Pharsa can hit from max range and still do same damage. Now you can hit enemies from max range too, as edge of the skill does same damage as center. She easily hits 2k on squishies with full damage build, or even more. In late game you can kill enemy squishies with 2-3 casts of skill1. And considering s1 is spammable, with CD of around 2 seconds...No wonder thatalmost every time Yve deals most damage in team, while it may be not feeling so. It is because she is not burst type of hero, but poke. Now they buffed her poke abilities. So you can do more consisten damage, from a safer distance. Her ult still sucks tho. But at least current change makes sense and is welcomed. Before if you try to play bit more safely, you don't do any damage.and if team is slacking, you have absolutely 0 chances to carry team at least to the point, when your marksmen has his items and can take a carry role from you. Now, she can do it. She still struggles in early game, as s1 damage scales well with game progress. But now she doesn't feel powerless, if your team isn't great. She can take many marksmen and mages, and slow down enemy team, preventing them from snowballing. I just think, if they will buff her a bit more, or rework her ult to be more usable, she will be permaban, and montoon will revert the buffs, and she will become damn useless again

they could make it so when ulting with max stacks, the field will slow enemies by 20%, nerfing the slide slow and make it so that when she has max stacks, she will gain a shield when taking dmg, this will consume the stack so that she has some sort of survivability because players waste their ults just to get a shield

Yeah Yve is definitely my main mage for now while I wait for Aurora to get a buff. I love chipping away all the enemies' HP while they're just trying to do their job and chasing them down lol I still hope her 7x7 ult comes back and her slow actually becomes noticeable again
Aurora is actually good & balanced rn though but yea i do think she needs a buff especially on her ult. I think it need to be faster and bigger but then she'd be broken bc of the mp passive.

@@hallucinatestar9127 yeah she's still decent but definitely way worse than what she was on release; she's way too easy to kill as she can't defend herself at all from heroes that manage to get close to her not to mention that there's not really a clear way to build her you want to build a lot of magic power to increase the freeze duration of her ult but then you also want cooldown reduction cuz of the long cooldowns of her 2nd skill and ult but then you also want magic pen to be able to deal damage but then you prolly would want to build items like Ice Queen Wand and NoD to enhance her role as a CC mage but then you prolly want some def so you can survive assassin attacks and also because she has to get pretty close to enemies to make her skills land and because of all of that, I can't really find a good balance for all of them XD 🤣

I tried so many builds with her cdr, mp to increase her passive, burst but i find out that shes good with assassins emblem with glowing wand and genius wand, basically burst. When playing her, i tend to initiate early with team if possible and try to play safe at the back lane ( honestly easier to say than do, my azz would get pop by the enemie assassin) also they should revert the second nerf on her if they r gonna give her an expensive skin soon.
i remember when yve got the most lowest pick at mythical glory+ but now i can see her in the middle of pick rate so maybe the buff wasn't so bad after all.

If moonton doesnt want to gove her old 7x7 ult back, they should just make the board spawn 2 tiles in front of her while keeping the 5x5. This way she'll have actual range on her ult. Also, her swipe is a joke. No damage and negligible slow. They should buff at least one of those two parts. This won't make her broken like release version since she'll have clear weaknesses.

They need to bring back her second skill's slow effect ever since ice queen wand has been nerfed she can barely hold anyone. And they need to change her passive.
Her ult must give instant slow without swiping and add some damage during tapping or bring back the old range of her ultimate
Evertime i use Yve throughout matches i sometimes forgot she have ult i usually go for her 1st and 2nd skill usually her ult is good for zoning but it's risky and a bit useless for me(i used her ult but i used it if necessary sometimes her 1st/2nd skill is enough so yeah😢) they really should bring back her old ult range id understand why nerf it if Ixia and pharsa/odette has a wide/large ult range w/ high dmg but when it comes to yve the dev ignore it like they're allergy to yve is it hard to bring her ult back??
I wish her ult actually worked like a chess board different pieces do different actions it would be so cool and far better than tap square drag square I have an idea for it and i think its really nice and its locking enemies in her ult without being able to hit her or escape and the enemies just have to dodge constant bullet hell and moving blocks that stun with nerfed dmg ofc and yves able to move in the ult to avoid attacks from people outside of her ult this also removes her shield when she uses her ult cuz yeah it would make her really unique and have a broken ult that basically supresses all enemies but a way to balance this is by shirnking enemies and not allowing yves allies to hit the enemies in her ult it would be like yins ult but in the map
She's good at team fight.. you will enjoy her if you know how to use her properly, most important thing is when and where you should use her ultimate..😍
I think the ult needs to be reworked, like what if when she swipe, she also apply the tap version in every box that she swipe. Of course, they will cost twice as much of the ult point and end the ult faster, but the majority of time you don't need the full ult duration anyway
They could atleast add terrify when you use the ult to make it somewhat secured

They need to bring back her 7x7 ultimate for her to come back. There are great suggestions with how they should increase her range gradually according to her level so she's not so oppressive early on. Lvl 1 Ult- 5x5 Lvl 2 Ult- 6x6 Lvl 3 Ult- 7x7 Her strength relies on zoning, not damage...
Yve: there is no escape! Enemy: just casually walking out from her ult. (ULT wasted) Bring back her old ULT it's the only way she'll be back on the meta.
If is Yve is a Real World Manipulator then what if her passive gives her the power to Warp Reality in to her whims as lorewise and she can use three modes of advancement for the Ults like Vale. The ult design is still there however what if player could drew a spell like those Wizard drawing games? Just my thoughts HAHAHAHAH they're wild

I do use her often as support/roam rather than going midlane. I dunno why she is good at supporting and controlling lanes.
Same for me yve as a roamer might sound weird but everytime i play her as a roamer we ended up winning. Imo its because of her poking ability she can reduce enemy hp little by little and then your teammates can easily finished them. But theres also downside from playing her as a roam (enemy use dash skill or flicker then ur done). I really hope moonton change her passive tho pretty useless.

Here I am with inexperienced teammates, I lost when using Yve BC we have no tank and s5 picked roam Selena and can't even aim for the enemy squishy.
Nothing is wrong with selena roam, a bad roam is a bad roam no matter the pick.

I started using Yve as a roamer and yes as a roamer. She's good at providing continuous pokes with some cd reduction. Also help in last base push and neutral objective fights. But she's weak in close range so she needs to maintain distance.

Cdr is still bad since the damage is lowered and the core items are nerfed, while burst does a little more damage so both are shìt build tanky.
