Just hearing the impact, it’s very hard to tell one kick from the other. If you haven’t received kicks from a person for months, knowing how a kick on the top of the foot sounds different from the heel or the instep versus a side or sole contact, it would likely be impossible. Might as well roll a d20 versus another d20 and maybe you will get it right. A one in four hundred chance would be generous.
