I find myself subconsciously rooting against players using the new gen 3 joolas.
I agree but… Eventually every player will be using paddle tech like the Joolas, only a matter of time especially if the governing orgs don’t do anything about it
I like dinking but I also like the fast paced paddles, they don’t bother me. Coming from baseball and seeing 100 mph pitches it’s fairly easy to focus on the ball but I do understand why people are upset but unfortunately that’s where the game is going. People like us love to see dink rallies because we know the skill it takes to be so consistent but a person turning on the tv to pickleball to watch dinking it’s boring to them, but tuning into a fire fight is way more exciting to watch.
Player > paddle dont ever forget it
lol😂 yess
Skills on Display!!
You have to like Dillon and JW…..for sure for their game…for me the most enjoyable to watch…they keep the game pretty simple…drop get to the net …great kitchen play and attacks…but their sportsmanship is great.
Pickleball is America's fastest-growing sport and we like it #Pickleball
Know what I don't hear? Angry girls screaming "YEahhhh!!!!!" after every point. Much prefer watching the guys play.
Fight the man free the land.
freeze at 6:01, just before contact: nothing wrong with that serve.
YEs, he forgot to bounce it.
It was the dropping hand that was too high. Arms has to be close to 45 degree and the hand dropping the ball approximately at the hip.
@@jro937 do the refs need to be aerospace engineers now to judge whether a serve is legal or not?
@@offthefront7537 The 45 degree angle or hand level with the hip came directly from the PPA refs when they first implemented it. I did not make that stuff up.
I thought there wasn't an issue with the point of contact but rather angle of the paddle, seems like it's highest point wasn't beneath the wrist. But either way, Dekal didn't have any issue with the fault call
Please start wearing eye protection
