Bought this to replace the Ford Explorer. The Ford Explorer was good, but it has a lot of problems and the interior doesn't hold up. I was going to get the new Explorer ST but the price was almost $10k more. I sat in the Hyundai and fell in love with it right the way. Not to mention the warranty is a lot better.

I love it so far. The only thing I noticed so far was there is some oil residue on the oil pan gasket.
Hi I’m from Sydney Australia 🇦🇺 and are about to purchase this vehicle. In Australia the “Calligraphy” is called an “Hylander”. I’m a little jealous of the American 🇺🇸 market because: 1. There’s a huge price difference of approximately 30k. After fees I will end up paying around 82k. 2. Hyper white with the beige interior is not an option, only white with Nappa black interior. The beige interior is sold with every other coloured car. 3. The Hylander drivers seat does not come with the massager 4. They also charge you a luxury fee of $2500. Also, FYI - I’m not sure if you are aware and if it affects the 2023 model. The 2020 -2022 models were recalled for having a fault in the trailer hitch catching on fire even with the vehicle off. The sunroofs were exploding for no reason, the window screens cracking because their to thin. As far as I know Hyundai still haven’t solved the trailer hitch problem but dealerships were taking out the trailer fuses. I will also get the window screen replaced as well as the sunroof .
We are pretty lucky here in the states with car prices. Some dealer are greedy and charge markup and stupid add-on packages which are junks. I’m aware of the trailer wiring issues and to this day still waiting for Hyundai to resolve the harness issue. One of the reason I bought this suv is to tow a small boat, but Hyundai can’t get their act together and fixed the issue. So far everything else is flawless and it so comfortable. 23 calligraphy AWD white/ beige for $57,372.41 out the door. I called so many dealers and they $5000 over sticker and garbage packages they want to tags on. Give Courtesy Hyundai a call. Here is the breakdown: Vehicle purchase price $51,100 Hyper white $400 Shipping $1295 Dealer fees $799 Lead acid battery fee $1.50 New tire fee $5.00 Private tad agency charge $98 Sales tax 6% $3221.91 County tax $25 Lemon law $2.00 Title registration $425
OP got a good deal. Key as he described is shopping around, look for dealers in the 50 to 100 mile range as well. I got mine for $1500 under MSRP, so don't be shy to ask under MSRP.
So far the best deal has been around 57k otd but for a FWD Calligraphy. This is only reflecting a $2000 dealers mark up that include “perks” like fixing wheel rash, replacing a fob key, and cuts/scratches on the interior. Still better than others dealers wanting to charge 5k over the MSRP.

I drove from Tampa to Cape Coral about 3 hours and it was very quiet. My whole way back the car pretty much drove itself home via cruise control and lane assisting on

@@SC-xk6uk and you can add on a Hyundai Platinum bumper to bumper warranty the cover 10 years 120,000 miles but you have to add it on before you hit 10,000 miles on the odometer and you can add a prepaid y for 7 years 100,000 miles and lock it in I have a lady who could help you she works in a Hyundai dealership she doesn't charge too much over what cost would be

No, no on the floor mats, they suck totally!! Unless you’re a Uber driver. But adding rubber mats takes the comfort and luxury out of the feel when your feet have to set on hard rubber mats. Terrible feel. Car looks great though, love the color and looking to purchase one myself just like it. But you can bet there will be NO rubber mats on the damn floor.
I get it, but I don’t want the kids spilling liquid on the carpet.
No folding mirrors, not good.
it pretty much have everything and they cheap out for the folding mirrors.
