As delicious as in the restaurant! I make it twice a week and my family loves it
My family loves this bone-in pork recipe and always asks me to make more. The combination of tomato and onion sauce and pork in sweet and sour sauce delights everyone.
It looks impressive and I get a lot of compliments on this dish.
▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:
4 pieces of bone-in meat
Salt, pepper on both sides
some vegetable oil
Fry on both sides over high heat
1 onion
1 large garlic
Salt, pepper, paprika, oregano
1 tablespoon flour
400 g of tomato with its own juice
~ 300 ml water
1-2 teaspoons of sugar
Add meat
Simmer over low heat for about 40-50 minutes
~ 1.5 kg potatoes
Cook in salted water until completely cooked
After 20 minutes, turn the meat
Drain the potatoes and add butter
Add warm milk and mash potatoes
A delicious dinner of meat and potatoes is ready!
