The three factions are playable, with the gameplay involving constructing a base, gathering resources and training armies to defeat other players. Each faction has a fully co-operative campaign, playable with either an artificial intelligence partner or with another player online.

  • Good Day Comrade Commander: I do not mean to encroach your battlefield prowessness; I played this game too though on Easy mode- with the Commanders Challenge Series incomplete, but at least I hope these tips may aid your cause Do Save your progress at all times- to allow us to commence our strikes precisely and efficiently Please note of the numbers imposed on the force units- maintain force numbers at all times, respectively Please do complete the Entire Commanders Challenge Series- these will give you access to all faction units, including those Futuretech Next Generation Weapons Romania Campaign: Use and have at least 1 of our Tesla Troopers (5 in total- Remain Intact throughout the campaign) scout and hunt down Pacifier FAVs using their EM Disruptors near them, and once they're disabled- our Soviet Forces can kill them... Use the Desolators' Splattershot Globcannon to hit the Pacifier FAVs, be mindful of their Hologram Targetting Marker- have the troopers [1 Tesla Scout FIRST, followed by All Desolators as Slayers] walk in zigzag motion to avoid the markers until the Tesla Scout gets near the Pacifier and use it's EM Disruptor against them- Do not permit the Pacifier transform back to its Primary Anti- Infantry Mode/ Autocannon Mode; then slay them using the Desolators' Deathspray and Splattershot Globcannon (2:2 Ratio; 2 Deathsprayers, and 2 Splattershots based on the 4 Desolator Troopers in the field) Hunt down all the 4 Pacifiers- 1 facing the South Westernmost Quadrant, 1 near the gate Targetting near the Futuretech Structures, 1 near the gate facing the plaza, and 1 near the docks Please do not leave our Chief Scientists undefended- however they're equipped with medical supplies that patches up our friendly forces: Post the Scientists at the back, Conscripts, Flak and 4 Tesla Troopers upfront- position All of them at the South Westernmost Quadrant- AWAY FROM THE GATES AND THE WALLS FACING THE DOCKS- Be mindful of the Allied Paratroopers Once all the Pacifier FAVs have been destroyed- waste no time to extract All 3 Chief Scientists towards the docks and escape the facility immediately: Romania Campaign Accomplished._ Murmansk Campaign: Have our War Bears scout the area and garrison our forces inside nearby buildings- located Near the Landing Zone at the South Westernmost Quadrant, avoid enemy patrols as much as we can and prepare to defend our posts Some of the 2 Allied Auxiliary Bases in Murmansk are stationed in front of the Gulags and their coastal defences are somewhat too shabby- have our V4 Rocket Launchers, Mortar Cycles, and V4 Dreadnoughts bombard their defenses, take out their powerplants, and capture their structures, including their active Construction Yards, War Factories, and the likes- make the Allies taste their own weapons/medicine Once the Allied Auxiliary Base (1 at the South East, the other is at the Northwest Quadrant, facing the Main Futuretech Facility Complex- Equipped with a Naval Yard with at least 1 Aircraft Carrier deployed) HAS been captured by our forces- waste no time to deploy the Allies' Force Units, alongside the Hammer Tanks imprisoned in the Allied Gulags (3 Allies Forces Gulags: 1 behind the Southeast Base, 1 behind the Northwest Base, the last- located at near the mouths of the Futuretech Complex)- Including Futuretech's NextGen Weapons- Cryo Legionnaires, Pacifier FAVs, and the Harbinger Gunships Take note: The Futuretank X-1s may or may not be available in the Murmansk and Yucatan Campaigns- despite completing the Futuretank Operation in the Commanders Challenge- but still; the force composition of Cryo Legionnaires, Pacifier FAVs, and Harbinger Gunships- are sufficient enough to take down the Futuretech Complex in Murmansk... Capture their Proton Collider if there's any and if possible If not: unleash the entire Soviet and captured Allied Arsenal towards the complex- liberate the Murmansk Citizens+ Hammer Tank Division from the 3 Gulags and go all guns blazing against Futuretech Complex, defend your base to the teeth at all times... Murmansk Campaign Accomplished._ Yucatan Campaign: A.K.A. The Trickier Soviet Uprising Campaign Before the Boss Level... Keep all of your Sickle Battlewalkers, Terror Drones, and 1 Bullfrog Amphibious Flak APC Intact at all times as you scout the islands and slay the Allied Bases and Forces within them- hold on your position as reinforcements arrive DO NOT Permit the Allied Vehicles infected by our Terror Drones retreat towards the Allies' Armor Facility/ War Factory for repairs- use the Terror Drones' EM Stasis Ray to prevent them from retreating, while have our Sickles target the explosive barrels carelessly placed near the Allied Structures to destroy them. Slay all BUT Slowly and at a pace all of the Allied Infantry Units at the big island near the Allied Futuretech Complex- have the Terror Drone infect and destroy the Aircraft Carrier located punily at the island lagoon- wait until the Soviet MCV arrives then deploy it within the island once everything has been cleared up Once given the order to intercept Futuretech's Supply of Credits transported by Allied Prospectors, have the Soviet Sniper Commando Natasha- pilot snipe them, if not capable- slay them all with our Terror Drones and Soviet Naval and Anti Surface Strike Forces, Avoid the Pacifier FAVs, Aircraft Carrier Groups, and the Multigunner Turrets and Spectrum Towers guarding the Futuretech Structures located all around the Yucatan Islands, especially those near at the coastal cove of the main Allied Futuretech Complex As our Reaper Battlewalkers arrive, it's either you deploy them in walker mode or fixed gun turret mode at your disposal- deploy Sputnik Combat Outpost EconoMCVs to where the Reapers are, and build defenses en masse immediately, as the Allies' will swat our forces out of Yucatan- either with their Harbingers or their Naval Strike Groups Do NOT Hesitate to have Natasha, Pilot Snipe the Aircraft Carriers, Pacifier FAVs, the likes- as we invade the Main Complex: Destroy OR Capture the Priority Target Allied Airbases is at your disposal, alongside with their Active Bases and Superweapons (Chronosphere and/or Proton Collider) Destroy the Futuretech Facilities in the area, but be mindful of their defenses- once destroyed, capture the credit boxes placed on the site. Good luck Sir. Yucatan Campaign Accomplished._ Sigma Harmonizer Island Campaign This one's the trickiest of them all and is time crucial: Though the Sigma Harmonizer, cannot sustain its Time Space Area Stop Motion Ability for longer periods of time due to being powered by puny Allied Powerplants- The Sigma Harmonizer Device compensates it's weakness by Siphoning Power from the Active Soviet Super Reactors we build near our base, located on the Harmonizer Ring Array Island (Guised as a CERN Class Large Hadron Collider Particle Accelerator IRL) It is imperative to position our Construction Yard inland near the Coastline, as it "automatically" builds the Ore Refineries and a Naval Yard [Correct me if I'm mistaken] for our use- rely mostly on our heavy forces such as V4 Rocket Launchers/Dreadnoughts, Apocalypse and Hammer Tank Divisions, etc.; while have our infantry units garrison all the buildings near our base- and deploy effective numbers of defenses in the area including Flak Cannons and Tesla Coils, as well as Sentry Guns and Reaper Turrets- In that way, we will minimize our reliance on Soviet Super Reactors to power our base... After the initial startup strike of the Sigma Harmonizer and EU President Rupert Thornley' s Puny Speech; a Futuretank X-1 unit will be chronoshifted to our base, near the bridgeway and a garrisonnable building: have our Tesla Troopers use their EM Disruptors against it- and have Natasha Pilot Snipe it: the Futuretanks are still in Beta Testing, means to say- they are piloted by humans, so It's somewhat easy to capture them: should they resist and they are deployed en masse- have them killed by our forces, particularly have the Hammer Tanks siphon the Futuretanks' Neutron Scrambler Cannon and use it against them Capture the 3 Cooling Towers located within the Weapon Island, and have them defended by our forces as well as set up expansion bases near them to prevent Allied Recapture Should the 3 Futuretech Assembly Plants are impossible to be captured; and IF Possible: Capture the Allied Bases located; One in the middle of the Harmonizer Weapon Island guarded by Spectrum Towers, Multigunner Turrets, and hordes of Allied and Futuretech Units, Harbingers included- A Full Air and Naval Base at the Northwest Quadrant, An auxiliary base at the Southernmost Quadrant facing your base, Might as well as the heavily guarded Allied Airbase located at the Northernmost Quadrant of your location- it is where the Sigma Harmonizer Control Center is located, deploy combined Allied- Soviet Defenses and Forces near it and establish as your Auxillary Foothold Do not hesitate to bringforth both our Soviet Forces and the Allies too- plus the captured Futuretank X-1 units and use it against the Sigma Harmonizer Control Center Once the full might of our own and captured forces be deployed- up to our Grinder Tanks and Kirov Airships, waste no time to level down the Sigma Harmonizer Control Center once and for all... Good luck and Good Hunting Comrade._

  • Did the first mission, and honestly it was so annoying after beating it I just came here to skip through the next 3. I see all of them require you to do something first before a base and the first one has no base. Really don't understand where they were going with this with how bad the first mission is designed.

  • On mission 2 . Why you don’t build warships to defend your port and your harvester instead of dislocating your helicopters all the time while they can be used to maintain the other positions ? Jesus , you lack of strategy, am awful player.

  • he plays sloppy and boring from the start all the way i thought he is experienced in strategy games like this, BTW this is the continuation campaign of the first red alert 3 after the fall of premier as I already finish the game but this... all in all zoom3000 you are fps player not a strategy player even in moba i think you're bad

    • the truth? I tend to agree with you. In general I prefer to be more of an "FPS" player, and fight in masses, than a specific tactical move of a unit here or a unit there. And besides, when I played the campaign I was really new to Red Alert 3. I think if I do it again today it will look different.
