We got called about a poor puppy who is covered by tar. he is also covered by trash and garbage. he is still able to move. but he is in a dangerous situation. The vet said he was in that situation for 5 to 6 days.
We immediately need to start medical care before it gets too late.

I am 83 years old and have served in combat, and not all that proud of it. Many innocent people lost their lives in that senseless war, and today we are "friends" and actually buy merchandize from them ( Vietnam). I would like to see a follow up video of the dog.
