    • @Piloto Armin Shojaie all electric guitars sound the same. it’s the pickups and amps every time.

      @-1707@-17072 жыл бұрын
    • @Piloto Armin Shojaie pickup and amp/or cab always provides for the greatest impact. Ask any audio engineer they'll say the same. Look up videos online doing A/B comparisons you'll hear little to no difference if the pickup and amp are the same between different guitars. Acoustic is another story.

    • @@K0sm1cKid Greatest impact, in your words. Material does impact things like volume and sustain, which is what makes a electric guitar a electric guitar. All this stuff acts as an EQ to dial in the EXACT sound you want. Yes, hardware makes the biggest impact, but you can't naturally gain more sustain through hardware or a petal. It's always gonna sound off. Light materials for more sustain, heavy for less.

The "You've Got a Friend in Me" is partly responsible lol. I've always loved and wanted to learn to play the guitar, but I limited myself with the thought of "how hard it must be." While it does have the truss rod and a super-thick fretboard, I'm not sure how the epoxy will hold up under full string tension. I was expecting you might put a couple of carbon fibre reinforcing rods in the neck as a "just in case".

  • Whoa, neat! Can you build a guitar out of old guitar scraps sometime? Or maybe guitar strings? It would also be neat to see you make a guitar in the shape of a flying v sometime.

  • I'd love to see this done with just one color of pencil (I'm thinking black would look spectacular....these could potentially be production instruments...people could order them in whatever color the pencils come in.
