  • Just one thing don't lean forward you can't see the opponent. If you bend your knees go down straight . Its faster and you can see the opponent. Plus the balance is better cause of the even weight distribution.

    • I'm guessing it's because you need very good reflexes and the ability to see through chaos, whereas most people like the feeling of being in control that you get with a style that's less intense and aggressive.

  • I practice Jeet Kun Do/ Peek a boo boxing...been into martial arts training since the 80s.....this guy seems to have that style down better than anybody I've seen ( other than Tyson himself) so far....good videos...
