- Rice flour 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Cooking oil

  • These are fried gnocchi, essentially. We have something similar to "bubble chips" though, in Argentina we make papas soufflé.
