  • 1. Basic recieving -Catch ball with inner foot 2. Basic passing -Point toes directly to where you wanna shoot 3. Simple Dribbling -Kick ball with outside top part of shoes 4. Cuts -Change direction using inside/top outside of foot 5. Pullback -Place foot on top of ball and pull away from defender 6. Cut back -Top outside to cut ball back 7. Switch feet -Inside of foot cut the ball to side of defender 8. Control with top of foot -Lift your foot and pull away as ball impacts foot 9. Lofted pass -Use top of foot to strike under ball 10. Shoot for corners -Kick couple feet away from keeper 11. Fake kick -fake kicking ball and use inside of foot to relocate the ball

    • I can totally relate. I started playing soccer in third grade at lunch and join a club in 4th. I stuck with it all the way to 7th grade but the lack of influence I had over the sport made me stop playing for a while. I don’t really like playing at school anymore because only the boys play and it seems to only be the boys that cause trouble play. I’m in 8th grade now and hope to become better soon

  • to get these skills done effectively, i think we should build our strenght and stamina first. Imagine running with high pace and for such a long time, you cant have enough stamina to do other things like skills, passes, if you are able to, then they are really ridiculous and fultile

  • 1-Basic receiving (u receive with ur middle part of ur foot) 2-Passing (u put ur foot near the ball and directed to the person that u want to pass the foot+u pass also with ur middle foot part) 3-Dribbling is to control the football with ur external part of ur foot 4-cuts is when a defender is going towards u and u use ur internal or external part of ur foot to avoid the defender 5-switch feet 6-la crotato receive the ball in the air 7-fake shoot ,u make ur opponent feel like u will shoot and u dribble him 8-the lofted shoot ,use ur rotate leg and beat the ball in it low part..
