Love your cupcakes. I am about to start working on them. But have no idea what your cups are in millilitres. Which is a shame as you used a measuring jug with all the measurements without adding them to your recipe. But I am gonna take a risk. And how hot is your hot water in the end? Is it boiling hot? Or medium hot? How hot is hot?
