You're missing a lot of the equity these guys have in the PLO hands. For example islildur vs ivey, isildur doesn't have an inside straight draw, he has 3 cards that make him a straight, it's 3 more outs than an open ender. You did this in a few spots. I'd suggest really taking better note on the equity that these guys have in each of these spots.
In the Isildur vs Ivey hand Isildur has a 13 card wrap not an open ender he can hit any QJT or 7 to win.
