i wrestle with left front this is very helpfoul for me since i cant find much of left lead vids in youtube could you do a demonstration of basick single leg and double from left lead start to finish and few basick ezy finishes iam new to the sport wrestle about 10 months have a mach in 2months pls help

+ K Nguyen Nah this is good old fashioned wrastlin. All jokes aside wrestling produces some quality grapplers. More from the way things are trained and the competition that stress tests things than superior technical ability.
