Love Martin Keown!! Everyone knows Spurs are more interested in Arsenal than anything else. When Arsenal lost to Bayern Jamie O'Hara of Talksport said he would swap Spurs qualifying for the Champions League for watching Arsenal get knocked out against Bayern. That proves Martin Keown is right.

Qualifying for the CL doesn’t mean much to spurs anymore. We’ve got very little chance of winning it and the finances gained from being in it are never invested in the team so I don’t think swapping CL for arsenal not winning anything is that strange

@@user-ns3zz5di3x come on mate, if you’re a spurs fan you know by now it makes no difference to the amount of money levy invests in the team. We went three windows in a row making zero signings whilst qualifying for the CL every year for 4 years. Last season was probably our best ever window with the signings of vdv, Maddison and vicario and we had no Europe at all. Not many, if any, spurs fans would accept CL if it meant arsenal winning the league

Martin you're right spurs support, followers and fans are motivated mainly by the demise of Arsenal Football Club - we built a stadium they had to build and go one better - unfortunately the creme always rises to the top. They're good on their day (admittedly) but consensus is that Arsenal are a global football phenomenon this will never change - Martin Keown is a fantasic AFC ambassador imo.
I remember when Spurs sold Bale to Real Madrid, Levy wanted Real Madrid to put a clause in Bales contract that Ozil dosent get sold to Arsenal 😂😂😂

I’m a Gooner born October 1960. I have to live with the fact that the first team to win the league in my lifetime is Spurs, it hurts. Fortunately I was not old enough to remember this sad event, but with glee I proudly witness that they haven’t won it since. Come on you Gunners

As a spurs fan, we are a victim of being the best of the rest. Before the media decided to come up with the narrative of their being a top 6 rather than a top 4 as it used to be, we are for the reason compared to top 4 when we have never been serial trophy winners. We are a very good premier league club and i for one am very proud to be a supporter of a club who regularly competes with clubs who are bigger than us. No one talks about how many trophies villa, west ham and Newcastle have won in their last 30 years. Which is a compliment to how well we have done. Trophies are a bonus not a necessity for us and that may be seen as a loser mentality by supporters of the top 4 but it’s realistic. Arsenal fans should compare their trophies to Liverpool, Man Utd, Chelsea and City, not us.
We are one of the big five football was not started in 1992.

The Premier League was the result of the biggest clubs at the time. Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Everton. Also the big six or four is based on revenue and support. We are easily one of the most supported clubs in the league.

First of all, there is no conflict between beating arsenal and finishing top four. Why is Martin going on and on about this? Also, Brighton wasn't arrogant, but the coach go the tactics wrong. Not even Real Madrid pressed that hard against Manchester City and Brighton thought it can. The coach should have chosen a more defensive tactics and might have got a point.

I listened to this three times. I think what Martin is trying to say, are Spurs going to continue their attacking style against us and go for the win (with the risk to lose) or are they going to change their style (park the bus) specifically cause it’s Arsenal and a draw will do the damage. Even though it’s not their managers philosophy and it won’t help their champions league chances? I think that’s what he means but he couldn’t put it well.
