It's super weird to put the bed sound into this song, considering that these girls are young and some of them even under 18, plus some elements in the mv are also weird, people who made this definitely know the intention

Now that I watch this I find it horrifying, they received invitations from unicorns and apparently arrived at the hotel? The bridge part where they were in this long corridor has so many intentions, breaking the “wall” right after the bed squeak, and plastic bags instead of balloons…? Also the last part literally shows them trying to escape but eventually ends up on the bed again… don’t want to talk more Add on: I went to watch some analysis videos and found out that literally the whole mv has intentions, the creepiest part about this is that when normal people watch it they’ll notice nothing and only find the girls cute, but for the “target audiences”they pick out the intentions right away.. please let more people know about this the poor girls are innocent…

Just watched some reaction videos from bilibili which is a popular platform in China. Many of the editors point out the symbol and so on in the mv makes it feel like pedoxxxxxx especially when all the members been dressed up looking much more younger😅. The candles behind the girls, white socks, unicorns, tied up plastic bag, weird flower besides the unicorns, v corner that the girls trapped in while they doing cry pose. I like these girls but the concept behind may not be good.

It is not the first time hybe do something like this….. but this mv is the most… it makes me feel so bad…..
Not only the bed sound, but there are also many scenes that are very wired. For example, all of the girls are in a v-shape space, looking up to the camera, then next scene one of the girl break the wall (MV - 2:09); all girls wearing pink & white shorts, the source of the light is at the height of their butts(MV - 1:27). Also, if you take a close look at the flowers on the wall (which in the same scene where the unicorn is on the wall (MV - 1:30) . All of these made me very uncomfortable. I really enjoyed the dreamcore style video at the beginning, but now I only feel how creepy this MV is as the produce is covering their disgusting thoughts with a sweet candy coat.

Lens language is a compulsory course for every director and editor, just like how you do research reports. You will be very clear about what each word expresses
Plus look at the very first scene in the MV, a stream of light shining into a dimming room when the girl is sitting on her bed with a red cloth in the pile of white bedding, this literally looks like some man keeps the girl captive underground or in some locked room, and he peeps through a small slit to see what his hostage was doing from behind

Haven't watched R U Next but this was a very nice debut song. That U U U U U U U U part is super addictive! And while we're on the topic of new girl groups, there have been a bunch of really awesome debuts the past few days! One I want to point out in particular is RESCENE. They have two MVs, YoYo and UhUh and it might be the best debut I've heard this year! Definitely check it out when you can! And also tripleS, they've come out with two new subunits since the last time you reacted to them. tripleS NXT with four new members and the song Just Do It, as well as tripleS Aria, the ballad unit with the song Door. Big recommendation for these two as well! Especially since the final four members are about to be introduced and then we'll be getting the OT24 album in the not too distant future.

I'm not sure what Western or Korean viewers think about this MV, but this MV recently has been seriously accused of addressing paedophilia implications throughout Chinese social media platforms... First of all, the girls are amazing and they did a wonderful job dancing and singing the song. It's all about the people who designed and shot this music video. So many symbols in this mv are very controversial, like the key chain hanging on the wall and many other decorations and accessories are said to look like sm tools. The two stick-together flowers painted on the wall. Used and tied plastic bags flying in the sky (why don't they use bubbles or balloons)? Many camera angles look like they are taken from surveillance cameras (and one really appears in a dancing scene). Many people also pointed out that the V shape dead end of the wall (the composition of the scene ) looks identical to the visual angle when a man sits down and looks down at his legs; some people also think the V shape implies the v for virgin, and the girl breaks the v wall... The bed sound, and having a girl rolling from floor to bed?? Also, there are many legends and myths about unicorns, and some of them are related to virgins. "The unicorn is often shown hunted, raising parallels both with vulnerable virgins and sometimes the Passion of Christ. The myths refer to a beast with one horn that can only be tamed by a virgin; subsequently, some writers translated this into an allegory for Christ's relationship with the Virgin Mary" (quoted from Wikipedia). No matter what, this video does have a weird sense of feeling even when one is unaware of all those symbols, despite the fact that the music sounds very good. Perhaps many people are so angry because some members of this girl idol group are still underaged. We'll never know what the mv designers are thinking about, but really hope these girls' company treat them well and respect them properly. It's actually better if we are all overreading it than if the girl's company is really using them this way.....
