  • This is a perfect southeast Asian chicken recipe. I love the use of butter from the French influence most likely. Imagine this wood grilled with sautéed bok choy in real peanut oil and a nice veggie fried rice or egg fried rice in sesame oil. Heaven!

  • Tried this recipe and it’s really delicious. I omitted lemon grass cause I didn’t have any. I don’t like salty foods so I reduce the amount of soy sauce. End of product. Awesome. Will keep this recipe for future use.
