The perfect recipe for a quick lunch or dinner. Delicious and tender casserole with cabbage in a frying pan. If you have cabbage and 1 onion at home, prepare this simple and delicious recipe.

My recipe:
1 red onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
1 carrot.
1 red paprika.
Cabbage 1 kg / 35.27 oz.
Salt. Black pepper.
Oregano 1/2 teaspoon.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
4 eggs.
Salt.
Milk 30 ml.
Flour 2 tablespoons.
Baking powder 1 tablespoon.
Mix well.
Dill.
The cabbage is ready!
Pour the egg mixture into the cabbage.
Olive oil.
Cheese 150g / 5.29oz.
Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon.
Ketchup 1 tablespoon.
2 garlic.
Dill.
2 pickled cucumbers.
The sauce is ready!
Our delicious dinner is ready!

    • Cynthia I think you can substitute an unsweetened nut milk for vegan milk, and ground flaxseeds in water will make an excellent substitution for eggs. I hope this helps.
