Virginia rarely ever beats duke. They were lucky not to play them in the championship and lose for a third time. That duke team was cold. They had 25 turnovers and only lost by 2 to a team full of juniors and seniors 😂

Cam is easily a top5 player . This team has loads of talent is hard for great players especially at that age learn how to co- exists with so much talent on the floor . Which when he touch the nba he’s going to flourish it’s a lot less play calling and Wayy more space to work with the fact he’s 6’8 with handle and jumper already show me his potential is crazy

@Adam Kopasz They were so lucky they ended up playing two away games in the course of the tournament, as both Gardner-Webb and Purdue were in driving range of the venue and their fans thus took over the stands. So lucky they had to play a very late night game following an overtime match between Tennessee and Purdue that resulted in a 10:30 start that greatly favored west coast Oregon in the Sweet 16. So lucky they faced the two hottest teams in the tournament (Oregon and Auburn) and the hottest shooter (Edwards) on an otherworldly run. So lucky they also had to face the #1 defense in the country in the championship and still hung 85 on them. Yes, they got lucky a couple times---you don't win a natty without some luck along the way, regardless of how good you are--but they also had to overcome some serious headwinds and a tournament schedule that by chance or design seemed intended to disfavor them.

@Adam Kopasz If you want to call the double-dribble, then you also have to call the deliberate foul on Ty that preceded it. Reverse angle clearly shows his jersey was grabbed hard before he picked the ball back up, but the refs didn't call it even though they knew Auburn was deliberately fouling (because they had fouls to give) as Jerome advanced the ball in the closing seconds of the game. You might also call the missed travel on Auburn off an inbounds pass at 19 seconds that would have given Virginia the ball back down 2. Fix that, and Virginia goes back up by double digits, Jerome stays in and stays hot, Auburn's comeback fizzles and Virginia wins comfortably. My point is, people act as if the double-dribble decided everything and the refs handed Virginia the game. Well, here are three missed calls in the final five minutes that favored Auburn. In fairness, I didn't catch the travel at 19 seconds left when it happened live (much like the double-dribble), so I don't blame the refs for missing it. I do blame them for not calling Jerome getting hacked at 4:37 or getting his jersey grabbed on a deliberate foul attempt, given they were blatant and there was an official right there to see it. Doubly so for the jersey grab, given they knew Auburn was deliberately fouling.

To me he has the most potential out of all these guys. He has the body, length, ball handling and shot to be an elite in the next level. I still feel that they need to run more plays for him. They should use him like a reggie miller or a richard hamilton. Those guy were deadly shooters. Cam can be the same.

Focused All Day I’ve watched all the interviews where Cam gives credit to the coaches and players believing in him and encouraging him to continue shooting even when he was slumping. He’s got all the support he needs and has really improved.

It’s not really Tre’s role to be the scorer on this team with three other main options. His shooting hasn’t been consistent this year but he absolutely has that playmaking ability like Tyus and can score when the team needs it. Love these four freshmen.

woww........this to me was the best game that they have played so far this year. First virginia is one of the most hardest teams to beat in there own back yard but for duke to beat them twice is really good. The growth of this team is starting to show. To me Cam Reddish being more aggressive on the offensive in and looking more for his shot takes this duke team to another level. Now at the end of the season before march madness you are starting to see more of tre jones as a quarterback where before he was passing so much in the beginning of the year now he is starting to show you more of his game of shooting and going to the basketball which is crazy because when you have all 4 of them barrett,zion, tre, reddish playing defense and offense like this then they are really unstoppable and then you have bolden making noise in the paint just when you think they are not involving him they get him in the game especially tre. This team when they play like this will be unstoppable to beat. Duke to the final 4 and then champs!!!! The scary part is that they can get even better!!!Crazy!!

When people i know talk to me about how Duke cant lose with 3+ NBA players on their team, i say look at the last two-3 years. Tatum, Giles, Ingram, Carter, Allen, Bagley III, Jefferson(G-League), etc. This team is special. Reminds me of the championship team of 2015. UNSELFISHNESS!!! They beat a great team but I still feel like they didn’t play their best. Timid at times and zion didn’t have a game to his full potential. He made great plays but not the dominant Zion that I feel he can be. Barrett was throwin up prayers at times in the paint but hit some huge 3 pters. Jones was calm and collected as usual. Reddish played ok but no way near what I feel he can play. But they got the win. Gotta iron out some wrinkles.

So lucky they had to play a very late night game following an overtime match between Tennessee and Purdue that resulted in a 10:30 start that greatly favored west coast Oregon in the Sweet 16. So lucky they faced the two hottest teams in the tournament (Oregon and Auburn) and the hottest shooter (Edwards) on an otherworldly run. So lucky they also had to face the #1 defense in the country in the championship and still hung 85 on them. Yes, they got lucky a couple times---you don't win a natty without some luck along the way, regardless of how good you are--but they also had to overcome some serious headwinds and a tournament schedule that by chance or design seemed intended to disfavor them.

Reverse angle clearly shows his jersey was grabbed hard before he picked the ball back up, but the refs didn't call it even though they knew Auburn was deliberately fouling (because they had fouls to give) as Jerome advanced the ball in the closing seconds of the game. You might also call the missed travel on Auburn off an inbounds pass at 19 seconds that would have given Virginia the ball back down 2. In fairness, I didn't catch the travel at 19 seconds left when it happened live (much like the double-dribble), so I don't blame the refs for missing it. I do blame them for not calling Jerome getting hacked at 4:37 or getting his jersey grabbed on a deliberate foul attempt, given they were blatant and there was an official right there to see it. Doubly so for the jersey grab, given they knew Auburn was deliberately fouling.

To me he has the most potential out of all these guys. He has the body, length, ball handling and shot to be an elite in the next level. I still feel that they need to run more plays for him. They should use him like a reggie miller or a richard hamilton. Those guy were deadly shooters. Cam can be the same.
Focused All Day I’ve watched all the interviews where Cam gives credit to the coaches and players believing in him and encouraging him to continue shooting even when he was slumping. He’s got all the support he needs and has really improved.
Virginia forced Duke to operate outside of the painted Area... Virginia D played well... Duke played better and made their outside shots... that was the game... PERIOD.
Great win by our Blue Devils and great effort by Virginia to keep it competitive. The jump shooting and rebounds were the difference. Virginia continue to play yall game because yall can do some serious damage in the tourney. Much respect to the Cavaliers.

It’s not really Tre’s role to be the scorer on this team with three other main options. His shooting hasn’t been consistent this year but he absolutely has that playmaking ability like Tyus and can score when the team needs it. Love these four freshmen.
Say what you want but Cam and Tre are the driving forces for Duke. Duke goes as far as Cam and Tre takes them. Don’t sleep on Bolden too. He’s also crucial to Duke’s success

woww........this to me was the best game that they have played so far this year. First virginia is one of the most hardest teams to beat in there own back yard but for duke to beat them twice is really good. The growth of this team is starting to show. To me Cam Reddish being more aggressive on the offensive in and looking more for his shot takes this duke team to another level. Now at the end of the season before march madness you are starting to see more of tre jones as a quarterback where before he was passing so much in the beginning of the year now he is starting to show you more of his game of shooting and going to the basketball which is crazy because when you have all 4 of them barrett,zion, tre, reddish playing defense and offense like this then they are really unstoppable and then you have bolden making noise in the paint just when you think they are not involving him they get him in the game especially tre. This team when they play like this will be unstoppable to beat. Duke to the final 4 and then champs!!!! The scary part is that they can get even better!!!Crazy!!

When people i know talk to me about how Duke cant lose with 3+ NBA players on their team, i say look at the last two-3 years. Tatum, Giles, Ingram, Carter, Allen, Bagley III, Jefferson(G-League), etc. This team is special. Reminds me of the championship team of 2015. UNSELFISHNESS!!! They beat a great team but I still feel like they didn’t play their best. Timid at times and zion didn’t have a game to his full potential. He made great plays but not the dominant Zion that I feel he can be. Barrett was throwin up prayers at times in the paint but hit some huge 3 pters. Jones was calm and collected as usual. Reddish played ok but no way near what I feel he can play. But they got the win. Gotta iron out some wrinkles.
