Nadal is such a hero. He could have rested and aimed for winning more slams but instead he just enjoys the process and attends the smaller competitions for the love of the game.

It was definitely difficult for Rafa to win a Grand Slam (hard court & grass courts) against Roger. Only in last 5 years of Roger did he won more against roger federer. Peak Roger was difficult for everyone including Rafa, Novak both couldn't handle him.

Federer won most of his matches against Nadal and Novak in their 17-21 of age Just check Till 2010 15 hard court and Grass court slams he won In 2010 Won 2 slams After Novak prime started in 2011 Fed only won 4 slams in 12 years And 3 of them came when Novak was injured in 2017-2018

@@sup9542 Yes, Fed did figure out the backhand part and adopted a flat one in 2017 which worked really well specially against Rafa. But he ran out of time because of his knee.
