    • Yes and once he leaves (hopefully alive) to only find he's wife had cheated on him (if he has one) and with hardly any money and becomes homeless. And that kids is why you shouldn't join the army! Especially after that advertisement video for the army. Even if you join the marines you'll still probably be homeless but still better than army. Better choice is to join air force than any other branch.

  • I was about this kids age back in the late 70s, was at the Singapore military show. Got to be one of a few kids to shoot one of the tank mounted guns at the show, blanks naturally. Cant remember what type of gun only that it was big probably a 50 cal. M2 As it had two grips on either side. Apart from the gun shaking every bone in my body to the core, it was one of those childhood memories you never forget
