However, when it is clearly not the fault of the person we’re talk to, but rather who they work for, my parents always make sure to not get too angry, and also to verbally acknowledge that the person was doing their best and did well at putting up with us. Tl;dr.: It’s ok to “act like a Karen” when it is *reasonable* but always make sure you don’t blame or blow up on the worker when the fault is on who they work for.

Not only that but he also acknowledged it wasn't the staffs vault
Yes and I’m so impatient that even if it took 1 minute I would be impatient
No he doesn't a saint would never act that way regardless of the situation.
the airport played chess for eighteen hours bro thats a record
Dude on the left got that "yeah what he said" body language lol
My guy respected the staff and blamed the establishment all while being extremely ticked off. Hats off to him, that was amazing to watch how level headed he was
Screaming and swearing isn’t level headed
@@stupi_ugli hey man, he wasnt a Karen, anyone would be pissed if shoved off here and there for 18 hours, hope those people quickly got wherever they were going afterwards
“level headed” *yells his head off*
@@stupi_ugli rumours is they are still waiting for the flight 😤🤣
Yelling at someone is not respecting them lol
At first I thought he was always angry guy, but turns out he wasn't. He genuinely blames the airport and not the staff, but he couldn't help himself. Big respect.
Ray William Johnson agreeing for once
@@azriliskandar5910because it the airline fault That why it airport fault
C'mon who wouldn't yell after all those hours, imagine of he has kids😂
@E airlines have to communicate with the airport bro
@E I meant the airport should have communicated that to the passengers
At least he slightly apologized and realized it wasn’t their fault but the orders that’s being handed towards them💁🏾♀️😅
"Move to d7 move to e5" bro trying to checkmate 😭😭😭
The dude was being nice for being STRANDED for 18 hours. Also him acknowledging that its the companies fault and not the staffs is amazing! What a guy, he deserves respect.
forget stranded, they were playing games with them to keep them guessing the whole tiem
Nah it's the staff fault someone should have the decency to tell them there's no pilot
Staff lied for 18 hours.
Unfortunately the staff was forced to lie
Agreed with this I’m amazed that plane wasn’t ripped apart
“Stupid American airline >:(” *proceed to make chihuahua noise*
The guy next to him just eating: 👁️👄👁️
It's the contrast between the super pissed off guy and the chill dude just chewing gum and silently nodding on his side for me.
😭
Bro's the introvert friend
Reminds me of siblings or friends who have to be the moral support in the drama. “I’m going to tell them off” them: “ok I’m coming”
I bet thats his dad , nodding his approvals
That "bro" is not chill ... he's quietly taking everything in and completely agreeing with him. The guy who's speaking is the voice of reason and everyone else around him is supporting what's being said because ALL of them got F*d, not just him.
18 hours and he behaved that way? Man is an angel
I would have arrested if I had to wait 18 HOURS😅😊
💀💀
😇
American airlines is gotta be playing chess with that move
Props to guy not blaming the staff, but no one will be able to stay cool waiting for 18 hours
"Move to D7, Move to E4, Move to E5." bros gonna checkmate the staff
XD THAT HADME ROLLONG ON THE FLOOR
genius 😂😂😂
for realllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
Nice 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
omg that's a nice one, i never even thought of that
this is the most polite freak out I've ever seen. Not just because he tells the employee he's not mad at them, but also he noticed he yelled too loud and he dialed it down without stopping. Like, he' didn't get mad, he ALLOWED himself to get mad. That's someone that know how to actually control their emotions. He doesn't repress but he knows how to regulate
Yes. Screaming and cursing at someone in the middle of a busy airport is very polite
@@Htx.lunatic They deserved it tbh
I love that sentence "Allowing yourself to get mad"
☕
@@Kinobambinonever thought of it like that
For 18 hours I’d be screaming at anybody. Even the janitor.
This is the most polite angry man, considering the situation. American airlines are known for this. Imagine that they have been stranded for a shift change, that is enough for the airline to know that they were unethical. Imagine if you had a connecting flight
I love how he was also kinda nice to the staff knowing it's not completely their fault.
Yea He was too angry(which makes sense anyone would be that angry or more) To seem nice but he actually was kinda mice to them

I can respect that man. Even though he's (rightfully) upset and distressed, he doesn't take it out on the staff who have no control over it; and acknowledges that the company itself is at fault.
He does take it out on the employee until his senses caught up with him and pulled the "not your fault, evil company" stuff to try to justify what he said about the employee earlier.
I’m terrified to see what taking it out on the staff would look like to you
He is completely taking it out on the staff lol who is he talking to? Corporate on speakerphone across the room?
The staff do have control over it. They are free to go against the unethical decisions of the company and treat people decently. The staff are valuing a job over the treatment of other people. They could choose to have some integrity. And if they are fired, wouldn't that be a relief not to work for a crappy company? It's just depressing to imagine that the staff don't feel there is a better opportunity at another company. Why do we have to settle for crappy jobs?
@@connorr605 “if you don’t want to get cussed out, work for a different company” bro WHAT
That's the most reasonable shouting ive ever heard
"Stupid American Airlines WAWAWAWA", Ray William Johnson said calmly.
I for some reason love the other passengers just standing next to him and silently agreeing
Because people are sheep and don't want to stand up for themselves, only bitching in circles when its a bother to them, personally.
They don't feel the need to yell
The calmest angry person ever. Give this man his respect for acknowledging the staff.
My guy has worked in customer service.
I've seen calmer and angrier.
@@confusedwhale Example Pablo Escobar
@@joshualegrand4492 I doubt that, he probably wouldn't be taking a vacation if that were the case
That just the testosterone talking, not actual conviction. Also shouting changes absolutely nothing, usually can only make things worse
If a flight is delayed by four hours, the airlines must give you three times the value of the ticket.
The man next to him:🤫🧏🏻
I definitely understand the guy yelling. I’d be pissed too if I got stranded for 18 hours all because they didn’t want to give a refund. I’m just glad that he acknowledged the worker wasn’t the problem.
That's A W In My Eyes
Now imagine people with small babies and kids
After 18 hours i would plead insanity as i would not be responsible for my actions
