Just because the T-wolves aren't respected. But Ant is changing things and I can't wait to see his game continue to evolve. Dude is not even 25 yet.

  • Brilliant start to video highlighting his first step. It goes ever deeper than him being just unhuman in terms of explosion imho, especially in a triple threat position. If you compare him to Russ, for instance, he's obviously a better shooter but he is also more shifty. That means that when defenders are closing down on him, they likely are not in a perfectly balanced defensive stance. I don't take this lightly, but he actually reminds me of MJ in terms of how many layers his triple threat position has as an offensive tool.

It's great seeing his assist numbers keep going up; continues to get to that point of no matter what a defense does majority of the time it will end up in a bucket for Ant or a teammate as an assist.

  • I don't know if the Timberwolves are necessarily all there yet. And that's what makes this team absolutely terrifying. McDaniels, has been showing an explosive level of growth, gradually developing into an actual offensive threat. Pairing him with Gobert on defense makes scoring really hard, and as Edwards passing game steadily improves every single guy on the roster starts getting more dangerous on the attack. I have no doubt that as this season goes on this team is going to get stronger, there's a few obvious things they have to work on and that makes it so much easier to develop.
