🌐🥰👣Amazing natural graphic art where do you get this stuff from really. I use Your Sound a lot for sleeping on the floor with my house lights turned off using KZhead audio only for my sleep hormone melatonin to click in. Then when a KZhead commercial wake me up I do this and I am not kidding Silent Rhythm. I move my body outside to sleep in my garden under the roof edge of our nearby villa guest house one story. This is to protect my body from the Phuket rain. I sleep on the concrete slate floor over a Thai matt natural fibers and a see-through insect tent is on top for protection from the elements. But this is an Oxygen Room without any EMFs, as I killed the fuse box that connects the villa to absorb the free electrons only emitting upwards from the earth only. Modern Indoor pollution is hardly ever talked about these days. Yes, you can guess that I do not where any foot shoes unless I am mountain biking around Phuket Island of course, or running my peddle bike to run errands to support our local organic Thai Farmers in season and to enjoy the movement of my body at my age of nearing 70 years young. Your daily music of calm in my mornings and evenings is definitely supporting my homeostasis of mind and body for sure and I thank www.youtube.com/@SilentRhythm for helping me with this really. In complete darkness covered by my garden and my loyal guard dog has grown half Thai and half Rottweiler sleeping in the park nearby for added security of my body in a deep restful sleep. I naturally wake up with the song of tropical birds and the warmth of the morning sun rising and I return to your meditation video to further calm my mind and body to start nurturing our organic garden in paradise Phuket Thailand. I had a really bad day. My sweet cat got hit on a highway and did not make it.😢 And a couple hours later i went back to the farm and my grandmother told me a kitten had been abandoned. His mother had died from an injury. Another mother cat lived at the farm. So i thought she would help him and feed him. So i named the kitten Hope. But then we found her dragging him up on the porch and the kitten had died😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
