Guys today I will show you how to make a powerful burner that works on gas that is obtained from gasoline. Jewelers used to work with such burners. The air passes through the petrol and a gas is produced that burns in this burner.

Fantastic!! I used to have an oxyhydrogen setup that I built and then used either an acetone or petrol sparking container to cool the flame. Really awesome torch setup. I have to get my late running. I am converting it to DC motor(treadmill). Been too hot to go out in the barn though...
Why would you need to "cool the flame"? I've been thinking about building a way to compress hydrogen to use for a torch but this is the first reference I've seen about using a hydrocarbon with hydrogen. Is it just to keep the flame ignited? Since burning hydrogen+oxygen is more of a detonation reaction?

I enjoyed watching that thank you. I'd like to make one of those but I'd like to know a few dimensions first. Im not even sure which pipe is connected to the petrol gas, the inner or the outer with the holes. Im assuming the control valve controls the petrol gas and you control the air pressure on that pump?

So, from the video I take away this: you create a laminar flow in the head with the disc with holes in it, regulated by the tapered valve you made in the handle, thereby controlling the low burning „Pilot“ flame around the single pipe that runs on your full pressure coming from whatever kind of Air pump you use, the only question I have is: If I want to build one, what burner do I use for soldering as long I have not finished one of these :) I‘d like the Idea of building a better one using the one you build before :) Burners building burners... any chance for a few dimensions like the Pipe and head for example? How is the smell on the burned fumes? Tried alcohol as fuel yet? Should still give you enough heat.

Is the fuel/air mixture going up both the large as well as the small tube, and the valve is controlling the mix to the large tube?

More than likely MAPP gas world work as long as you get the proper size orfices for a correct gas/air ration. But I think the purpose of this project is to show that readily available gasoline is usable as a fuel in a torch. Why would you want to build a TUR h for MAPP gas when they are so readily and cheaply available. And MAPP gas is not readily found or cheap. So MAPP gas could be used, but why would you want to?
Would refrigerator compressor be enough to this kind of torch? Or maby 12V mattress inflator pump?
