  • When LeBron led the comeback from a 3 to 1 deficit against the 73 win Warriors, that is when he passed Michael Jordan on the GOAT list in my eyes. I still had him as #2 to Kareem until last year when he passed Kareem on the all-time scoring list. With more than 40,000 points scored, there is absolutely no doubt that LeBron is the GOAT. Of course there are going to be those who try to deny LeBron his due for reaching a historic milestone, but I don't consider those people's opionion, because their opinion is clearly motivated by hatred.

  • LeBron James is the greatest basketball player of all time. Argue with a wall I don't care. Bunch of 20 year olds or teenagers who have never seen a live Jordan game or even a full game replay calling MJ the GOAT is hilarious. Old heads who think the 90s expansion era was the greatest and toughest era of basketball is hilarious. The talent in the league currently is the best it has EVER been. Players in the 90s weren't pulling up from 30 feet like Steph and Dame. You didn't have 7 footers like KD who can score 50-40-90 at all 3 levels. LeBron's competition and Finals competition TRUMPS Jordans and it's not even close. Jordan never had to play and beat a 73-9 team in the Finals because he was blessed with a team that great as well as the greatest Coach of all time in Phil Jackson and the best 2 way wing of his generation in Pippen as well as Rodman. Jordan NEVER had to play a team as good as the KD Warriors in the Finals. MJ NEVER had to play a team as good as the Dynasty Spurs multiple times. LeBron has scored more points in the regular season, playoffs, and Finals than MJ. MJ was washed on the Wizards he didn't come close to what LeBron is currently doing at 38 years old in year 21. LeBron has more assists and rebounds than MJ and will finish his career with 40k points, 10k assists, 10k rebounds. NEVER been done before. The All Time Scoring Record will be untouchable. 👑🐐

    • In this Finals series he led BOTH TEAMS in all five major statistical categories. Points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks for the entire series. Both teams. There are players that are in the league specifically to rebound, or play defense or to score. Think about how insane it is to lead both teams in every category, and in the Finals no less. It's never been done before or since by any player ever. That's goat material to me.

    • LeBron is better at everything MJ does except for mid range shooting and free throws. Before you bring up "b-b-but SiX RiNgS 6-0 iN tHe FiNaLs" please take into account the fact that FINALS COMPETITION MATTERS. Jordan NEVER had to play a team like the 73-9 Warriors (let alone beat a team like that in the Finals) because that's the team he HAD. Jordan lucked out having the greatest coach of all time in Phil Jackson, the best 2 way wing of his era in Pippen, and the best rebounder and on of the best defender in Rodman. As well has having Kerr, Paxton, Kukoc, Horace Grant. Jordan has the dream team scenario. Jordan never played against a team like the KD Warriors or the Spurs dynasty multiple times. So please save that silly team accomplishment bs. Even with LeBron's immensely greater Finals competition he still has 4 rings and 4 Finals MVP's and would have more if KD never joined the 73-9 Warriors. LeBron was ROBBED of a DPOY in 2013 when they gave the award to Marc Gasol even though he was 2nd team All Defense. LeBron was ROBBED of the 1st Unanimous MVP when a salty Boston media member gave 1 vote to Carmelo Anthony. So spare the media given awards. What Jordan NEVER did was do what LeBron is currently doing in year 21 at 38 years old. Jordan was WASHED on the Wizards. LeBron has scored more points than MJ in the regular season, playoffs, and Finals. LeBron has more assists and rebounds than Jordan. Sorry man, LeBron is the Greatest Player of All Time.
