Seems like he backed off of the hard stance about Caleb. Not as emotional about telling Caleb to pull an Eli. I used to really like RGIII until he did this.

Packers fan here - you are talking common sense, but your execs may not be listening to folks like you. Drake Maye is 2-5 in his last 7 games with wins over Campbell and Duke. He will be a major bust. Good for Packers, but I feel for you if you make that mistake.

Yep the gm inherited JF and a poor quality roster Poles is not a miracle worker and it’s takes more than a year or two years to rebuild a good roster Plus JF will never be a quality starter he can’t make basic throws and go Through his reads
As soon as the Bears traded away Fields for almost nothing I was like "What are they thinking"? They are forcing Williams to play right away. If the team get's off to a poor start and Caleb struggles the Chicago fan base is going to turn on him very quickly.

One key point around the Chicago bears and CW Poles is building a philosophy and infrastructure Regardless of HC they will hire coaches and managers who fit that philosophy and play style
