  • I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the skylights, floating fireplaces, especially the one in the main bedroom. Also, the water fall. The main bathroom, the play room for the kids. Also, the floating shelves in the kitchen. ❤❤❤❤❤

  • I particularly liked the last bedroom and it's ensuite bathroom. The design in there was beautiful. Loved the open windows for the dining room over the waterfall. That was gorgeous, would be amazing to have something like that at my own place ❤

  • What an incredible place!!😮 I rarely click into the links to actually check out a place to seriously rent but I did for this one. $667 a night which for a place like this is honestly not bad. The cleaning fee, airbnb fee and taxes however are each $300 apiece adding almost an extra 1k onto the total price. If I were rich haha 😂 the location is absolutely stunning!!! Every detail here from the cozy living room, the luxurious bathroom, to the playroom for kids upstairs calls my name. Maybe someday😍! Masterfully filmed Levi, I absolutely love your drone footage, they add so much! 🔥

    • Places like this should build the cleaning fee into the nightly price.

      @Originalman144@Originalman144Ай бұрын
    • If I’m paying $700 per night, paying $775 is not ridiculous. But the $300 cleaning fee seems ridiculous when there is not much to clean if as a guest you do a light kitchen and baths pre-clean.

      @Originalman144@Originalman144Ай бұрын
    • @@Originalman144 I have to agree. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs and the check out lists have gotten ridiculous. It goes beyond light cleaning, we’re talking about basically cleaning the whole house. One house had us even clean all the shower drains! And of course still a cleaning fee! Crazy!

  • Wow, what an enormous, beautiful DOUBLE A-frame! And amazing landscape, like a dream to be with the land while immersed in so much comfort. This seems like it would work as an actual AirBnB, with the rooms rented separately and the ENORMOUS dining & living areas as well as the firepit, not to mention the surrounding land to go for hikes & relaxation. And having a chef/cook, maybe one of the owners, prepare a wonderful breakfast for guests. That foyer would be a welcoming, cozy reception area, or left as it is, if a non-pretentious concierge (again maybe one of the owners) could greet guests & show them to their rooms, which are all great. That loft would be so fun for a young family, since the separate living area would be great for the parents to have some quiet time in the evening together. Again just a similar thought I had with another large home you showed. But moreover, thanks for another wonderful video!😊

    • My guess would be 200-275 or so for construction. A-frame is a simpleconstruction. The X factor is the price of the land and setting up water, sewer/septic, and electrical. My guess is 500-600k all in. If they rent it out at 700 per night x 125 night per year is 87k. After 5-7 years they recoup their investment. If they can get those occupancy nights above 200 to say booked for 225-250 night per year they would be making a killing after 3 ish years.

  • The spatial division is very measurable and functional. I didn't expect that a triangular cone house could be filled with various rooms that were quite spacious. I don't know what the length, width and height of this building are.

  • hot take- air bnb's arent set up for living full time. Using 12(edit from 20) acres for an air bnb should be criminal.

    • Lots of folks have multiple homes and it seems better than letting it sit unused

      @leeboo2521@leeboo2521Ай бұрын
    • @@leeboo2521 I'm finding that around 6% (on the high end) own a second home in the US. That's like almost 8 million people. So around 8 million (probably way more for investment and air b and bs) homes per year are either vacant most of the time, or are 3rd party rented. Its a total waste of living space. Remember hotels?? People should live in those homes. Air b and B-ing a 20 acre property is insanity. A family could liver there and have a hobby farm, creating more tax revenue and community connections.
