    • You just display your naivety and ignorance. Lleaving politics to the politicians is the reason for the very corruption that we are experiencing. Are you that biased (simple) that you cannot use your intellect and morality to decide what is best for the country? Obviously not - which is why you voted for Zuma.

  • Thanks Adv Bulelani Ngcuka. SIYABULELA MHLEKAZI. SIYABONGA. 👍 👌 Congratulations 🎊 👏 💐 In your mind and your heart don't you feel that you have what it takes to be a suitable replacement for Judge President? To the Presenter, what a great interview 👏 Indeed, the respected and honorable Advocate is 💯 % correct that if the NPA did their part to earn their keep, the Zondo Commission was definitely not necessary. A billion rand later NOTHING IS DONE. The Judge President, called for prosecutions and got vilified by criminals and corrupt cadres of the ANC. Shamelessly SHAMILA ignores her job but proudly spends the Taxpayers hard earned money. 😢 SHAMILA is warming her seat shamelessly and with " dignity and pride", she and her unqualified gang are enjoying their salaries when the country is bleeding. Some people have no integrity, and no pride. What a sad day in SA 😢😢😢

  • Xoli, thank you again for delivering this kind of videos to the people, as always where you reveal critical issues where the community ends up not trusting and believing in our judiciary law and the government and the judiciary institutions anymore. As they are denied, literally by the government to do what they know and believe in, as they are always threaten by those who are in the Parliament above them in so many ways, even if the evidence clearly shows that. The bad thing is that our future generations are going to realise that, pursuing those kinds of professions it doesn't work anymore,as they will have to be forced to do as they are told, instead of doing the right things they've been told by their tutors. As only that, shows how much will almost every person will be living like puppet, as there is no government including law anymore. Which i can conclude by saying, there has never been a law in our country, as we now hope that the EFF party is going to over turn all that, because that is the hope to each and every South African citizen.

  • What I don't understand is that most people all the time underrate Zuma cos of his educational level BUT Zuma is full of wisdom & very clever. All these shenanigans that are attached to Zuma, he doesn't do all those things personally so it is very difficult to pin him on all those things. The fact that, that an educated fella played his cards right & correctly to the point of manoeuvred up unto the highest office in the land of President in a very advanced African Country like South Africa with lot's of educated people & a population of around 50 million. That alone speaks a volume, it also unmask what kind of a person is Zuma & what kind of intelligence this guy has regardless of his educational background. Like him or hate him but the guy is more than clever than an average university graduate. He gives orders verbally something that is very difficult to be proved in a court of law cos it doesn't leave a trail. This Country needs to forget about Zuma and forge ahead just make sure that never again to fall in a same Zuma pit.

They only go to cities and townships. When they were called to the place where the offender was threatening people with a gun, they asked if anyone has been killed yet, and they never came, 2hrs later the man was gunned down. That was more than 2 weeks ago, still no arrest has been made. This is what is happening now in South Africa.. People are allowed by police to get away with murder because police will not live their comfort zone. Today the 19/06/2021 that boy was buried. The person is known to the victim and relatives but police refuse to go and look for him because he happens to be in the village, a no go zone for the police of O R Tambo district

  • The problem of seniors in this country; who are all confident, powerful and comfortable with the system that isn't working for the country or at very least the majority of the people in this country, is not just big but permanent. These people are victims of a system that reduced them to animals then later became their friends and lovers(dandy). That resulted in them thinking that only them knows better for this country and we are here because of them. They won't even question their current and past decisions they have taken because being wrong isn't their strength. My opinion is that we have law that fears the media because they don't based their facts on truth but evidence. Sadly evidence is just material

    • Unfortunately, everything you wrote here is the truth, which begs the question that most of the time crosses my mind but seems to be foreign to our leaders, which is, do we as citizens think we are more special than other African countries that met their downfall because of the reasons you stated above? Because sometimes,it would seem, from our way for example,of making everything a joke that we think we'll never be a Zimbabwe, Ghana or DRC just to mention a few.

As a results he is now lying by mentioning things like threads, hate and many of that kind. If that it is how it works, then it is useless for us to send our youth to learn practice judiciary law, as it sounds so stupid because instead of practicing what they know is right for them to do, they are going to be dictated upon to what they should rule their cases, which sounds really, really stupid and annoying. Right now I'm going to mention that, should they have given JZ a period of 50years behind bars, he would have not in an accident, which is much making headlines every day in the press, as JZ, would had been safe.
