No, the halftime score should have been 1-2 in favour of Chelsea. We had a clear penalty, when the west ham defender draged Aggi-bever Jones down in the penalty area, but the refree didn't give it.

Huge mistake by the official. And for the DA saying it would not have affected the final score, that makes no sense - it's not linear. A goal could have given Westham more confidence, or forced Chelsea to be more defensive, etc, changing the outcome of the game.
Yeah that sucked. That was a sweet goal too. Clearly onside.

As a retired player, coach, referee of multiple sports if I’ve learned anything it’s that one play rarely, if ever, decides a match. I see a lot of people commenting about the offside call, and I agree she was onside, but nobody has mentioned missing a wide open net around the 5:30 mark. That could have greatly affected the game just as much. Because I don’t have any bias towards one team or another it allows me to look at any match without coloured glasses.
@@RobinC63 we're talking about an officiating mistake affecting the possible outcome of the game. That is completely different from a player missing or making a shot or a goalkeeper saving or conceding a goal. As a retired referee 🙄 you should know this. For the record, I'm a Liverpool supporter so 🖕 both these sides. I'm only commenting because I love the game and I hate seeing these awful calls, no matter which teams are playing.
A goal was denied and a penalty was also denied 😅

Two great goals by Chelsea today, but they did get rather lucky. Chances taken by West Ham, it was easier for Smith to score that missed chance!!! Then the goal that was, but was disallowed, when Hayashi was quite clearly onside. But another 3 points for Chelsea, with 6 to go. Next stop League Cup Final :0) On a Footnote: Until the WSL introduce VAR, it will be no more than a good Div.1 League at best.

I don't think Kerr can work her way back into the starting lineup. James has improved greatly. She's playing a complete game now. Beaver-Jones has one foot on the podium, and Nuskin is lethal. I adore Kerr, but she's got hard work to do.

That is not true, for a team to be contesting for four trophy and playing every 3 days with number of key players out injured, check your statistics properly, having scored close to 80 goals already this season, also check the season man. @@user-dh6bj2me5p Empirically speaking, I think Chelsea have a higher proportion of pivotal incorrect decisions going their way. This may just be confirmation bias. If it is the case, it may be due to chance, subconscious bias from the refs, or a number of different reasons. Does not have to be conspiracy (although acting like such conspiracies are unthinkable is a bit silly)
